  • In this hand stand tutorial, using a wall will help build confidence and strength. This tutorial gives you few tips on how to get into Adho Mukha Vrksasana. Remember to try and stack your hips over your shoulders and use your finger tips to help you balance. This tutorial is not suitable for yoga beginners, but intermediate and advanced practicioners.
    Omar Sultani took his first yoga class 8 years ago, as a way to balance a fast paced job in Finance. What started as a physical practice flowed into a way of life.
    His personal practice includes Vinyasa flow, Ashtanga & Bikram. His classes are vigorous yet spiritual and focus on alignment, core strength & transitioning with grace.
    With a love of teaching, Omar will guide you to new depths. His training includes YA 200hr from Core Power Yoga.
