No, a baby seal tried to climb the ladder to our sailboat at an anchorage in the Salish Sea. No sharks or Orcas near by. They are just sociable and too friendly. Probably someone fed them. We rowed our boat to shore and to Mama and still the little guy wanted to play with our oars. Mama was looking for it. We learned it earlier got on a paddle board. Not safe for the little one.
