don't you worry about all the leaves that get suck into the skimmer and into the external pump?
Not really, this is why we have these big baskets to help get more leaves out before they become a problem.
@@jacoblangeslag7887 I didn’t make myself clear enough. When you pulled the basket, I watched a ton Of leaves get sucked in past the basket….. how do you deal with that? Do you have the blue pads in there to protect the pump or do you just empty the pump strainer basket when done?
I have this skimmer and have mixed feelings about it. It has issues with variable flow being that it’s buoyancy is predetermined and not easily adjustable.
@@jacoblangeslag7887 I would assume you’re not running the blue pads be causing you’re running the taller basket which would interfere with this, so I guess I answered my own question. That being said, you should probably add a little clip to video informing people to clean there pump leaf basket also when performing this process. Thanks for the video!!! Love the content bud.👊🏼
