Please follow up with a similar video for installing VMware Tools. I have VMware Workstation Pro version 17.5.2 running on a Windows 10 Home host, and have set up a Windows XP SP3 guest VM, but the XP guest is unable to run a DOS command window in full-screen mode. I think it might have something to do with how VMware Tools is set up, but I'm not sure.
@@OnlineComputerTips Hmmm, looks a little different now. I can get a full screen DOS command window, but programs in it run much, much slower (graphics programs in particular), at about the speed it would in the Windows 7 DOS command line window rather than the Windows XP DOS command line window. I've tried both raster fonts and the Lucida Console TT font. I previously installed VMware Tools in the guest XP machine by running the installer "VMware-tools-10.0.12-4448496-i386.exe" in Windows XP. In the VMware Workstation interface, under the "VM" menu, I see both "Manage" and "Reinstall VMware Tools...". On the other hand, my Windows 11 host machine runs the guest Windows XP DOS programs extremely fast, just like I would expect.
VMware player seems to work best in my opinion. Runs smooth and installed fast. Only problem I'm encountering is the sound being shotty. Is there a way to clean up the sound?
Hello, Everything is Working, But the sound is kind of bugging, How can we fix that?

If you go to Player > Manage do you have an install VMware Tools option?
