Jerry's figure was given the perfect finisher, in my opinion he has one of the greatest punches in Wrestling
And the fist drop!
Lawler was one of the first wrestlers I watched on tv back in the late 70s and early 80s, he is a great reason I still watch wrestling to this day
I have SO MANY wants for this line.

Mankind in the brown would've been perfect in this set.
I was thinking the same thing. Another possibility would be Jim Cornette. Seeing that he was Vader's manager.

Two foes, a manager, and an announcer (Lawler is calling this thing). My imagination went there anyhow lol.
The first time I saw Vader on TV was in AWA when he wrestled under his real name, Leon “The Baby Bull” White. Also remember during the World Class Wrestling Territory seeing Paul Bearer being a manager under the name Percy Pringle III….you mentioned Mean Mark Callous teaming w/ Dan Spivey as the Skyscrapers in WCW before Takers’s run in WWF/E.
Mine came in yesterday. Paul Bearer definitely looks the best in this set. They all look great though!
This was an easy pickup for me. My favorite set of Mattel retros since their relaunch!
It would be nice to order from Mattel and get our stuff right away. I also want the stuff to stay up on the site for a few months. These scalpers buying it all up as soon as it lands on the site,is no good. I will eventually buy this set. I really want the Undertaker and Paul Bearer.

Maybe a debut era of Mankind instead of Lawler, or maybe King Mable to go with the Phantom Undertaker.
But all in all, still a cool set
They should make a Bam Bam Bigelow.

These are still available on the website. I ordered it today.
Complete on the retros & Hasbro so ALL IN. I think all 4 are great additions as these could of easily been in series 13 if the line would of continue (I think thats the theme). If I'm being picky don't like we have another purple Undertaker but understnd to pair with Paul. Sycho Sid, Kama, Alandra Blaze, Rocky Maivia, Bob Buckland, Isaac Yankem would of been solid options too.
Jerry Lawler did have that incredible segment where Paul Bearer told him of Mama Taker's extra curricular activities with him. There's your tie-in😆

Great set. I currently have all the Mattel retros MOC, but it’s looking like I’m gonna have to open them all up. Just don’t have the space to keep them all in package. Gonna have to do the same thing with the 65 or so Classic Superstar figure I have, unfortunately…

I ordered 2 sets of this Wave 4 on Tuesday when they were released and mine were delivered Saturday afternoon! I really like the Lawler but instead of Lawler maybe we could've gotten Jim Cornette or Mankind or Kama The Supreme Fighting Machine or King Kong Bundy. And I wouldn't mind an updated Sid, so, a Psycho Sid!!!
I don’t think Jerry Lawler was that bad of a choice. It may not have been a major feud, but he was against the Undertaker’s team at Survivor Series 1995. A lot of these packs seem to have an oddball like Nikolai Volkoff bein included with the Hart Foundation and Jimmy Hart
Volkoff wasn't such an odd inclusion though. It was finally giving us Iron Sheik's partner.

a fun set indeed. but, one thing. didn't LJN make both the mini figures like these and the bigger rubber ones ? i don't remember hasbro ever doing these. unless i missed something.
