Yeah pair that with any other dmg buff or if you have a slower secondary weapon use that one instead to get an even bigger fatal strike so even more heals
Not sure if this new but you actually don’t need to rest at the battle flag to restore your healing potions. If you place the flag it should restore your full health and potions without needing to actually rest and reset the enemies. I’ve cleared full levels of all enemies because I took advantage of this.

Pro tip. Cast absorb vitality before you critically hit a down enemy or boss. You’ll heal a ton and save yourself a potion.
