you do it exactly the way i do it,right down to rubbing alcohol ,but i also wash off all the sanding debris with dawn dish detergent, never have any issues when painting the body after,..great video paul!
Great subject and video, Paul!! I agree, without at least basic prep the paint doesn't look good. It might be a minute (lots going going on here) but I'll try and get a video up in reply, happy weekend, brother ✌️😊
@@SmallADVentures1973 thank you brother and I think prep is very important in the end product, it’s the part a lot of people do not see or realize that goes into a build. Look forward to your video brother
@@dacuzzz6951 thank you for the feedback Vinny, I’m planning on doing some to see how they go over. I’m not sure I’m the best at this type of video but if folks find them useful I’m more than happy to share all I can
Great video bro, i have one of those kits that i started years ago and haven't made any good progress on it, the only thing so far is open the doors and trunk, now that i see your project i want to go back to it, hope to see more updates on yours
i did collition repair for 38 years. i also work my models like i would a real car. putty primer paint and clear.had a endless choice of paint back then.
@@Terry-390 well said, we talk about this a lot…people may never know the prep that goes into building a super clean model, but when things are missed, they can definitely pop out!
