Wow okay I really didn't expect that! It sounds excellent.
It's pretty sharp too, paint looks good even dirty. Not typically a fan of colored wheels, but that burnt orange/red looks dope.

im 45 so when I was 17-18 in the mid 1990s, the1980s-era camaro, firebirds, and stangs were what young guys could afford, and those cars were ALL over the place! The V-8 eninges had low-to-high options, from 180 HP to 230 HP, so the 170 HP V6 for this 08 sounds about right
I forgot these came with the 2.7. Thought it was 3.5 only. Wiki says 2.7 was based off 3.5. Though 3.5 was belt i thought and 2.7 was chain. I worked on my fathers 2.7 intrepid. It was very German. Im sure benz had a hand in it.
Benz designed both engines. Benz had a twin turbo hot v 3.5 V6 in a few cars. Not the best engine. I’ve worked on them all since I did my work experience at Mercedes.
3.5 N/A with rods pistons and basic valve upgrades, plus a pro charger, you make 400-500whp.

The 2.7 sounds surprisingly good, but I wouldn't have wasted my time or money on it.
You can see the blue smoke on startup, it's burning oil and it's ridiculously slow.

@@tbskirk in some rare cases for sure but it definitely isn’t worth the time nor the cash lol, only makes 190hp too.

I remember in 2005 when the new charger came out my girl worked for enterprise at the time and was able to drive one home I remember being excited to take it for a spin not knowing she brought home the 2.7L and when I tell you that thing was so slow I remember thinking this thing is so slow it’s dangerous I couldn’t drive it back home fast enough.
for a 2.7 that actually sounds quite good

It sounds like it's trying to decide on whether to be a 4-cyl. Honda or a typical straight piped Nissan VQ.
