Worth it just to see the details of fixing the ceilings over the side windows and the double layering using spare ceilings + fence foundations. Amazing layout for what started as a basic rectangle.
How did you build the lamp towers out front? The bases look slightly angled.. You totally skipped those on the build.
Only took me an hour to do the house after I made all the materials! Fantastic Tutorial man! Can't wait for the next one!

Nice trick with the Fence Supports. I don't know why I didn't think of attaching a ceiling and ladder to the side of a building like that. Sometimes the simplest solution is the best one.
Please do an updated version for Ascended! I always loved this build and it's my main go to!
I know I already have one build on a wish list from you but I was curious if you could make a build that feels tribey like having 4-6 bedrooms and a common area /war room. Something cozy for the tribe mates

where is the instructions on how to build the front? it just appears there with no guide
I was able to build my house in 2 days, I was just having a hard time snapping the wooden fence support for the Dino pen (24:45) But Instead of using the wooden fence support I replaced it with a fence foundation and I was still able to do the same design. Now my house is looking cute, Thanks.

did the same here, i hate using fence supports they always end up not being exactly aligned, works better with fence foundations
how did you manage to place the fence foundation sideways on the ground? mine only snap horizontally against the stone foundations of the house
Sweet, I was waiting for this tutorial after catching the end of the stream. This has always been my favorite build in ark and the new tweaks really add something again to it. Looking forward to having a play with this new version

Hey Aaron! Love this build and really enjoy the incorporation of a previous build! I had a question regarding how you/FirePumpkin may have made the front window box and the front entrance sconces? They're greenhouse windows/doors but I am wondering how they were place in such a way? Would love to know and to incorporate this new style into some of my builds; haven't seen this being done before!

Same....I was eagerly watching the video to see how the entryway sconces were created and the video goes from no front entry then POOF....entryway. No "how to" to show how the final product was created. I love how it looks and would like to recreate it in my builds.

When you put the fence foundations down on the 3rd floor in order to double stack the walls how do you prevent the fence foundation legs from showing through on the 2nd floor? It looks like a bunch of poles sticking through the roof......DISREGARD I'm inpatient and didn't watch the video far enough..... KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!!

Was the doorframe, fence foundation, then thatch wall placement a glitch? I’ve been trying for hours on Rag PvE and it keeps breaking the doorframe
Looks amazing, gonna try it, will definitely take me many hours and lots of resource gathering with dinos but seems worth it.

You will have it's my most popular build I have revamped it using the Homestead items and tweaked the design to make it easier to build.
Gonna rebuild this on Genesis II, should look even better with S+ glass walls !

I figured it out. I just had to destroy the ceilings above the steps after I ran the walls.

You have to jump up while looking at the ceiling and hood you grab it not the actual pegs sticking down or whatever

I lobe your builds but I do have one question. When you layer in a lot of your builds, I see how you do it but the layering is not working for me. I have spent almost an hour on one of the layers and cannot get it right. Please help if I am doing something wrong or if it is a setting.

Hi! New subscriber here. I'm working on repeating this build on my map and I'm having trouble with the step at 10:45ish. I'm meant to place one wooden wall at the front of the build (just to the left of the greenhouse wall if facing the building from the outside), but I cannot seem this wall to align to the one that will snap immediately perpendicular to it (just next to the stairs). Any ideas what I could be doing wrong? I thought maybe I placed the stone ceilings (previous step) in the wrong snap spot.

Oh this is awesome! I've just started making videos on YT and totally gonna use this when lost island drops! I build basic bi*ch box bases (try saying that 10 times fast lol) so having something nice and fancy like this will be cool. What MOD was used for decoration? Ah... Been farming for a few hours now and started building but I kept on saying to myself "Wtf why do I not have enough for this part?" Because I farmed the exact amount of materials needed to build it... Accidentally made it too wide... My foundations are 10x6 not 10x5.... It was at 11:28 I realized it... Time to quit lol

@@whiskeybaronehow did you get the fence foundations to snap for the window frames etc, things are different sizes on ASA as well.
@@lilsou I couldn't do that also I didn't do the second inner walls and I just used greenhouse wall for the windows I did what I could but it looks the same the house is huge
@@whiskeybaroneI’m doing the same. So instead of small windows I just have bigger windows I guess. Doesn’t look as nice but still good. I love the layout of the house. The fronts I put wooden pillars between the window frames so it does look a little better. My pillars also don’t stack like his half stack. I wish I would’ve known this ahead of time because I had farm exactly all the materials he had down. Now I’m going to have a ton of left over parts haha
