When you first start reviewing your final tables, you'll no doubt make the same mistake that we're all guilty of at some point in our poker career. You focus too much on what to do in the exact spot rather than seeing what else there is to learn about the spot or situation. Once you've run a sim in HRC Beta, you should look for opportunities to create situations to learn from. What happens if the big stack opens? How does my defending range in the big blind change? Do I have a 3-betting range? What happens when my risk premium is higher as one of the other big stacks? In this video, I give you an example of something you might do to make sure you're getting the most out of your study sessions.

Massive shout out to Helmuth over at Holdem Resources Calculator who has shown me how to run this spot for more players postflop. I'll show you how to do this in a future video.
Could you tell me how? I study with HRC and I would love to know for some situations I couldn't study because of that
@@namishdevi9646 so the first thing to check is how many players you have it set to preflop on the first window. That’s the quick fix. The postflop is more complex to explain here.
@@MTTPokerSchool The preflop window I always choose 5/6 players. More accurate solutions. A common problem is f.e.: On a UTG open raise and EP call, MP is calling super super wide because "he knows" he is not receiving more calls or 3bets. But I would love to know to increase the postflop players for similar problems as the example or the hand of your video
