The “Did you ever get something to eat” line during neutral ends are for completing UnderTale without using any items, not for having no armour equipped. (It isn't even possible to have no armour equipped, anyway, so why would he have challenge dialogue for it?)

It happens when you meet three conditions. 1. No using items 2. No equipping better armor 3. No equipping better weapons However, since the code just checks to see if you’re still wearing the bandaid, it sees that you aren’t, and the dialogue doesn’t play. (I hope this makes sense, I’m writing it at 2 in the morning)

Actually, there are 93 endings even without this. Betrayed Undyne with date with challenge (lv1, no armors, no consumables except the pie, you must play pacifist until after you date undyne, then kill a monster while staying at LV 1. Problem is, all monsters in Hotland and Core give enough EXP to level up above that. EXCEPT SO SORRY.

So, theoretically, like someone reaching sans on their first-ever run on a new console without dying anywhere along the way.
