I also write down what we had for dinner, and I also write on the bottom on my calendar block what is left over so that I can work from those items and not have them get lost in my refrigerator. Hope you continue to feel better.
@@SimplyHeartandHome I do miss the seasons for sure. All in all, the move made it possible for me to be a stay at home mom for my boys who are now grown. The economy is easier for a single-income family here.
That was a great video. I loved seeing the snow. Where I live in TN, we haven't got but a light flurry. I think your meal planning is great. I buy the same food and mix it up and that's great for budgeting too.

I have a hard time planning meals. And that is not the best! I get a half a cow a year for the freezer.. so we have beef with the others though out the week.

I just started to meal plan at the start of the year. I found it has saved me some money, and I am using up meals that I had in the freezer. I agree that it is just a guideline. I do mine in pencil so it is easily changed.

60mg prednisone is a high dose.
If 40mgs works for you why go to 60mgs as 40mgs is a normal adult dose.
