    PSALM 62.
    Nonne Deo?
MY soul truly waiteth still upon God : for of him cometh my salvation.
2 He verily is my strength and my salvation : he is my defence, so that I shall not greatly fall.
3 How long will ye imagine mischief against every man : ye shall be slain all the sort of you; yea, as a tottering wall shall ye be, and like a broken hedge.
4 Their device is only how to put him out whom God will exalt : their delight is in lies; they give good words with their mouth, but curse with their heart.
5 Nevertheless, my soul, wait thou still upon God : for my hope is in him.
6 He truly is my strength and my salvation : he is my defence, so that I shall not fall.
7 In God is my health, and my glory : the rock of my might, and in God is my trust.
8 O put your trust in him alway, ye people : pour out your hearts before him, for God is our hope.
9 As for the children of men, they are but vanity : the children of men are deceitful upon the weights, they are altogether lighter than vanity itself.
10 O trust not in wrong and robbery, give not yourselves unto vanity : if riches increase, set not your heart upon them.
    11 God spake once, and twice I have also heard the same : that power belongeth unto God;
12 And that thou, Lord, art merciful : for thou rewardest every man according to his work.

The Anglican Church is the Via Media, or Middle Road between Protestant Reform (low church) and Catholic Tradition (high church). Those Anglicans which identify with the high church recognise that it is a Catholic Church but of England and not of Rome. So really we agree. Also regardless of denomination we have one Christ who taught us not to judge, so please don't. From an 18 year old guy

the only pure church is one that follows the ways of Jesus and God, and not that of religion, the Pope or Archbishops....

The notion that the Catholic church is HIGH CHURCH and all reformed churches LOW CHURCH must be erased from all Christian dialogue. The Anglican church is not a Catholic church in England because, the doctrine is unique; our Clergy marry, we do not pray to statues, and use no rosary. we have a common prayer book/ we don't worship the mother of Christ...So you see, it is not the same church in a different nation; it is a reformed church that is FAR REMOVED FROM THE CATHOLIC CHURCH.

People, people! If you insist on arguing high/low church, etc., please realize this: "Catholic" refers to Roman Catholicism, while "catholic", lower case c denotes "universal faith". Thank you.

Tell me how you follow this passage from Matt.
18And I say to thee: That thou art Peter; and upon this rock I will build my church, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.
19And I will give to thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven. And whatsoever thou shalt bind upon earth, it shall be bound also in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose upon earth, it shall be loosed also in heaven.

There is no such thing as liberal Catholics or traditional Catholics. There are only Catholics or you are not Catholic.
There is is no such thing as low or high church. There is only One True Catholic Church, ..
Don't blame me for that "judge". Jesus established the Church. We follow what He had taught. And he will judge at the end of time.

The Anglican Communion is not a 'Church' as such. Strictly speaking, there is no such thing as an Anglican Church, since there is only one Christian Chuch. The Anglican Communion is actually a global fellowship founded in England comprising Catholic Christians who put the Bible first, the Holy Tradition second and the Spirit-breathed human reasoning of the episcopal-led synodal Magisterium third in priority in deciding all matters of faith and mission.

Easy "good" guide leads to hell, "Tough guide" to heaven.
This is it, Jesus founded One Truth Catholic Church. Go ahead give thumb down to Jesus

In the original NT (greek), Peter is called Petros, in contrast with "this rock" which is petra. Petros is the greek word that means "the small stone, the stone that is used in a sling". Whereas petra is the rock, the steadfast rock. The verse 19 is adressed to all disciples. And, it is arguable that St Peter founded the Catholic Church in it's current form
