In this case, there are two errors on the part of the designer, which I try to highlight. The indication of +12 in the screen printing and the exaggeration of the LED circuits. I considered that the rest was covered, the connections through PIC's or the code through comments... until I used the alphabet in the comments as an indicator of segments in the equalizer to make it easier to understand which segments to change.
