My Granda is from the Liberties, born 1939 on the Ross Road. I was born in Manchester in the 1980s and I remember my Granda telling me all about Bang Bang... to shoot you with his key as you got off the bus or walked in somewhere and the kids would play along. The MINUTE I saw it I recognised Bang Bang's mural just off the Liffey. There's hardly any of these characters around now in Dublin. Gods bless.
