- Odyssey's newly-formed alliance with the Kelvans threatens to blow wide-open when one of the Kelvan's most revered heroes kidnaps Ro and makes plans to execute him - and Stadi's worst fears are realized when she must accept T'Lorra as the acting Captain of the ship!
But while Stadi begins to form a plan to rescue Nevin, T'Lorra must work with the general who kidnapped him in a daring raid on an Archien training outpost - and Ro must once again face his inner demons when an unusual gift passes into his hands from his captors.
Stadi & T'Lorra need to Kirk it out, imho. Take that as you will. ;) I am lucky to be able to binge this in its entirety after only just discovering it.
This is the episode where the walls between them start to crumble. Spoiler alert

It's 2023 and I just saw these fan made stuff, and it's far better than what Star Trek is now.
This is a great series. It is a shame the Final Frontier site is gone. These people have put a lot of work and solid performances into their productions. Great job.
I’m really enjoying the series a lot. Great storylines. I know this was posted a long time ago but I don’t understand exactly what happened in this episode. One minute they’re coming back from a banquet with medals then they want to execute Nevin for helping them. If anyone sees this and can explain to my simple mind what happened it would be greatly appreciated
The military and civilian kelvins are in disagreement. Basically 2 factions of the same government working against each other at times.

At about 23:00, the computer's voice sounds a LOT like Majel Barrett Roddenberry. How did you do that?
It's at 22:55 I heard there's an app online that has Star Trek sound effects and has the computer voice.

Getting to enjoy the series, despite the 360p. The storylines are unique, and you've created some good characters. The Arcun commander, the Romulan sub-commander, and the Klingons of other episodes are particular favorites. I'm glad you were able to produce a larger body of work. CBS doesn't realize what their missing in not tapping into fan talent.

Nice to see they found some better fitting uniforms this episode. The first 3 episodes Lt. Stotti looked like she as wearing a uniform 5 sizes too big.

I miss Hidden Frontier but this is pretty good. Its kinda like a Voyager for the next generation.

The haters who post these comments likely only watched the first/pilot episode of this series. I am finding it to be along the lines of GR's original works. I also noted that Captain Ro(however its spelled) has changed - both in actor and attitude. While We do know that he is a homosexual(comments he makes with regard to his life partner) it's not offensive in any way to me. If you're going to make derogatory comments about a series, watch the episodes first idiots.
Totally agree! Are Tybiss and T'Lora's "relationship" part of a heterosexual "agenda"? Why are some people obsessed with Ro's same-sex relationship? It's only relevant in that Ro misses his husband and wants to get back to him, as would any newlywed.

Costumes are great, the acting isn't half bad, not sure about the storyline, but overall, a brilliant job, long live trek !!

These are great, but they need a vulcan!
I believe the episodes are improving. If you could only have been able to build some real sets that would have enhanced them more, I know they could of been expensive and CBS's idiocy & jealously of Axanar ruined fan based productions. CBS's new Star Trek series are atrocious, only thing great about Picard is the old familiar faces we loved & cherished on NG and Voyager. McConnell and the Bajoran leap was DS9 for sure, glad you incorporated it into the episode. It was nice to bring Ro's husband Corey back on board. I believe it seems the Romulan commander is coming along. I just now today discovered this series and I don't know how I missed it, I have had a premium account for about a decade and have watched at least six other fan based Star Trek series on TH-cam that were suggested by YT. Ro(McConnell) is a breath of fresh air.

I dont have a problem with a fanmade......series but the acting is just plain poor and the backround and animations are kind of not very good either but still the acting and costumes are just making it like B movie status
Honestly some of these comments. The whole idea of Star Trek is diversity and acceptance. Of course homosexuality is going to exist in a Trek universe. I personally love the storyline with Ro and Cory.

+James Hendry well yeah but they seem to hurt those around them just look Jarian how Corey drop him because he had never gotten over Ro and used the blending with dole as the reason for breaking up. Ro hurting the Bajoran reporter over Corey really messed up relationship. Corey's use of Jarian and crew of Helena to create Omega to power slipstream drive to find Ro.

Dave Oz I think we can learn to cure AIDS in 300 or 400 years. According to Star Trek, they've cured cancer and even the physical symptoms of Alcoholism. If they can do that, AIDS shouldn't be that much of a hurdle.
Great movie. I'm overwhelmed that Star Trek has male partners. I guess times are catching up on U.S. In a good way folks.
I liked the sets and look of the episode, except for the giant skull and crossbones on the kelvin ship,. ridiculous...like the Dr's acting and characterization, the rest of the acting was poor, especially the snotty little security officer.

You'd have to be blind not to notice it. I imagine it's a tad easier than trying to build elaborate sets, although I did like the location shot from the last episode.
gotta remember, these were shot nearly a decade ago, and there sure wasn't any crowdfunding or such back then.

A great cameo would have been Captain Sisko in the 'profit dream' about 15:45 in.

is electrical in nature, is governed by His Spoken Word and Will. When
He says homosexuality is an abomination before Him, one should stand and
take note. If and when humanity finally does step into His Universe, we
will not bring the sins of our fathers or The Fallen Ones with us. We
will do so as beings of truth and light, fulfilling our inheritance and
destiny according to His design and Will. On this planet, we exist by His grace. That is soon to end and a new era of God's Kingdom shall begin. Many shall perish for they do not believe.
The actress that plays Maya is terrible
I do enjoy the series but the lack of a cohesive command structure really pisses me off. Isn't L'Tarr the XO?. Ro is the most incompetant captain I have ever seen. This show should be used for officer training at Duntroon. The wankers that are coming out of there presently couldn't order a big Mac with fries without stuffing the order!
He was forced into the command position by a series of losses on the ship. We get to see how he copes and, hopefully, grows more into the job.
Definitely not a real Star Trek movie, really bad acting!!
