Once you spend everyday with them, for years...you know who is who
Some of them have eyebrows, some of them don’t, some of them have four white paws, some only have one, some of them have brown butts, some of then have white butts... etc
Also colour differentiation (lighter brown/darker brown)

Having two dogs isn’t much more difficult than one, especially since they can entertain each other when you’re not able to. It’s obviously gonna be more expensive, but if you buy dog food in big bulks it shouldn’t be too much. I love having two dogs ^^
Maia Rostved ^ especially when you house train or obedience train. Makes it 10x easier when the dog can watch the behavior of your already trained dog.

mom and dad spend A TON on the animals, they're the hardest working people I know and will never retire so they continue to live the life they have with all these beautiful animals! It's heaven on earth, we wouldn't want it any other way!

This is 100% what happens (crying from happiness) when you get attacked by a pack of puppies 🤣🤧 my aunt breeds chihuahuas, and I can't even count the amount of times I've been stuck on the floor crying and laughing with puppies jumping all over giving kisses 💖💖

I live in Switzerland where these dogs come from. They are very kind to children, family, loyal, affectionate, loving and they hardly get anything upset, other dogs are also not interested in going for a walk.

I recently adopted my first ever Bernese, and I'm totally in love with the breed. I'd love to have more, but one is plenty. Love the set up your family has. It is idyllic.

My grandma has 10 golden retrievers and people always ask how you do elk them apart- when you know them and have been around them it’s so easy to tell them apart😂

right? those puppies are hella lucky that they got to stay with their mom with that nice family and on their beautiful home. Very fortunate they were not separated from their siblings.

My neighbors in AZ who just built a beautiful ranch, have 2 of these pups. It makes me smile every time I drive by and see them laying out on their porch or are playing by the horses.

OMG! I want to go stay there! Love ALL dogs. I have 2 Great Pyrenees. Cost me 56 dollars a week to feed 2, couldn't imagine how much it cost to feed those beauty's. Love them!

Reputable Berner breeders have been able to increase the longevity of the breed so that more of the dogs are living to reach 10 years old but these are very lucky dogs. Cancer in Berners and golden retrievers remains a major killer of these wonderful dogs.
I didn't know that. This is a sad fact. They truly are wonderful dogs.

Adi Diran That is quite true, maybe a healthy and well taken care of Bernese will live longer, but their lifespans are typically around that age. Considering this guy knows what he’s doing, I’m sure he’s capable of raising one with a longer lifespan than usual.
