I checked the "Add this data to the Data Module" when I created my pivot table. Now mine are set to count for some reason. On right click all of my 'summarize vales by' are greyed out. I have numbers in the cells, but I can't seem to change it. If I go to the value field like you did in the first example and try to change it, I get an error message - we can't summarize this field with average because it's not a supported calculation for text. But the cells are numbers. Do You have any idea how to correct this?

The "groupby" function will do some of this.

Terms like beginner and advanced are always relative to the user. To many these are advanced, to some they will be beginner.
