【Flight Review - Cathay Pacific CX289 Hong Kong to Frankfurt (Business Class)】Cathay Pacific has recently collaborated with two Michelin one-star restaurants to design a brand new in-flight meal. As long as you take first-class and business-class long-haul flights until December this year, you can enjoy the in-flight meals specially prepared by these two restaurants for Cathay Pacific passengers. The restaurants are Duddell's and the French restaurant Louise. I had pre-selected the French restaurant Louise's dishes that night, "Braised Iberico pork belly with bacon jam." and "Vanilla Panna Cotta".
