If your digital nomad visa gets approved yes you get a temporary residence permit of 1-2 years. No idea if you can also apply for other countries though, sorry!

Depends on your country, I know in Australia you can do criminal background checks online. If you cam afford it get a lawyer to do it, definitely worth the peace of mind!

Yes if you stay in Colombia for more than 183 days you are considered a "tax resident." There's too much to explain on this topic so I suggest you speak to a Colombian accountant or lawyer who can explain more regarding your exact situation.

if you stay more than 6 months,, you have to pay colombian taxes on your worldwide income correct? isnt it better to just stay under 6 months and go to another country and pay no colombian income tax?
This Digital Nomad Visa is absolute garbage. It adds ZERO benefit. It is very misleading saying it is good for 2 years. This video should be modified to state this. You still have to leave the country every 90 days or apply for permission to stay another 90 days. You still can only stay in the country for 180 days out of the year. This Visa is only for people who want to have a clear conscious while working virtually in Colombia (technically you aren't allowed to work virtually while staying in Colombia) like thousands of people are already doing. This is no different than the current Tourist entry/exit rules that are already in place.
Ak when I get there in January where would the best place for me to go to find an older woman in her 40s and 50s that’s skinny that wants to have a long term relationship that could lead to marriage these American women just let there selfs go there mostly all big women and they cut there hair short and don’t dress well at all I just quit looking here it’s a shame how they look I’m sorry it’s just the truth and you don’t see many videos with the older women in Columbia

Yes you'll need to hire a translator and get them notarized probably. Best to speak to an immigration lawyer about the requirements!
