I need Angela Bassett to do a show on Broadway so I can see her greatness in person
I loved this play. When he stole her cigarettes, I laughed. When Camae told the story about his daughter, I wept. I have been to the MountainTop, and then I went home and read his story.
"Fear makes us human" Love it.
Angela Bassett And Samuel Jackson were at the forum In Pennsylvania in 1974... Before they got to what they were now..... Wish I could find a program again!

prettygirlblue ! Unfortunately I still haven’t found a recording of this. I went to see it 3 times when it was playing on broadway in 2012. It was the absolute best theatre experience you could ever wish to see! Angela was a marvel to witness live and she was sooooo incredibly funny!
