    Nice tip on heating/quenching aluminum prior to bending

    Nice lesson on tapping! Have done the bar inserts but always good to learn proper techniques👍. And a bonus lesson on bending aluminum🙂

    I like to see how you do your metal work. I can make about anything myself but within my limits. I watch and learn. Thanks.

    Love the Highway dirt hand guards, I have them on my Husky TE 610. I like the mirrors that came with them, not ideal, but they don't come out much. Only on connecting trails. Would love to try this bike, but no dealers within a 750 miles. Love the content so far.

    I don't think I've seen barwork like that. Interesting concept.

    Do you feel this bike will perform and do better then your T7?

    Check out RTWPaul's 500 exe built. He recommends using billet Aluminum RAM Balls. The rubber balls get soft in the hot sun. While Double take mirrors are popular, Ken Sean left and right mirrors on Amazon also work very well at a fraction of the cost. And they do not get loose and spin in the heat! :)

    I've had 3 aluminum adaptors break on me, all on the right side - the reason I own a left-hand easy out. I now use stainless steel adaptors you can find on Amazon.

    Why not use blue or green locktite? Will hold and is still serviceable.

      My understanding is the green will penetrate assembled parts (unlike red) but it still requires heat to be removed.

    Do you make the camel tanks in-house? Do you make custom order tanks?

    • @CamelADV
      @CamelADV  ปีที่แล้ว

      The R&D with tanks is long and expensive. We can make custom tanks... it'll be about $30,000.

      We're swamped at the shop so it's unlikely I'll make it down this year unfortunately.
