Pls do a video on how to receive ball with back foot properly from left and right sides
I’m not sure exactly what you’re asking for. Could you go into more detail? Are you talking about opening up with the ball? Turning? Or holding up the ball?
my curve shots curve properly but i dont know how to aim nd how much power to apply ,any help would be appreciated
If your technique is good and you’re getting consistent curve on your shots. Then you just need more reps and practice so that way you can figure out how much power you need to keep it from going over and where to aim.
For example, if you keep putting your shots down the middle, then aim wider of the goal and it’ll go in the corner. If you keep putting it wide, then aim more towards the goal and it’ll be on target.
Same for power. It just takes practice. If you keep blazing it over the bar, then take some power off it or lean over the ball more to keep your shot lower. I hope this helps🫶🏼🫶🏼
I used to be so good at laced shots, hit straight bullets. But had a lateral ankle sprain recently, and now i just can't shoot with my laces 😔
It just hurts my ankle a lot everytime i try to attempt it now, and sometimes i hit too high on the ball which messes it up.
I’m sorry to hear that! Is your ankle back to 100%? It doesn’t sound like it.. I hope your ankle recovers quickly so you can shoot with your laces again!

can you show me how to pass the ball hard and accurate? When i see a option for a pass to my teammates and he is too far so i have to hit the ball hard with my inside area but sometime the ball is curved, bumble or inaccurate
I don’t have a video on that specifically, but I have two videos that I think will help you out.
Check out “The Ultimate Guide to Passing in Football | Technique & Tips”
And
“Low Driven Pass Perfection | Technique Breakdown”
How far is the distance you’re asking about? If it is 30+ yards/meters you might want to develop your low driven pass or grass cutter. It will travel faster making it less likely to be intercepted. However it is more challenging to pull off so it can be more risky.
If you want to keep using the inside of your foot, I don’t think your mistakes is down to one technical issue. I cannot say for certain since I cannot see you pass, but I think it may get revolved with training and repetitions.
One excellent way to work on this is set up two boxes 30 yards apart with a partner. Play a pass to your partner in the opposite square. They must control it in the box and pass back to you. Make this a game. If you play a bad pass to them you get a point. If they cannot control your pass in their square, they get a point. Then they pass to you. First to ten points loses. I hope this helps😁🫶🏼

How do I get more power and length to shoot from long distance
I have a video titled “The Ultimate Guide to Shooting with Power and Accuracy in Football” which has a bunch of tips and breaks down the technique for you!

Finally, if you want exercises to increase the power specifically of your shots to help your longshots, then watch my video “Best Drills to Increase Power of you Shots and Pings | How to Kick Harder and Farther in Football”
That video focuses on building strength to increase your power output. Hope this helps🫶🏼🫶🏼
is it just a lot of training that makes you master the out side curl shot?
It definitely takes a lot of training! Just like for all these techniques. It takes weeks and months of consistent training to get down the technique and master it😁
For me personally its not about scoring a ridiculous goal its about saving that ridiculous shot as a gk
I wish I had more to help you with that! I don’t have much experience training keepers so I leave that to more qualified people😁🫶🏼

But I guess it gives more comments so the algorithm thinks the video is good so the video gets recommended to more people
One thing I struggle the most is always not using lace when shoot but always using lower part close to toes area which hurts ...
With practice you’ll get it down! One thing that helped me have better and more consistent contact is keeping my head down as I shoot. I focus on striking it properly and the power and accuracy comes with it👍🏼
2:02 thank you
You’re welcome😁🫶🏼
When trying to shoot straight with the laces I keep dragging my shots left, especially during game time. Any idea what might be causing this and how to correct it? Thank you
Are you right footed? I’m going to assume so since you described it as dragging. It’s probably a mix of your follow through and where you’re making contact on the ball.
For me I get so focused on trying to put it in that side panel that I end up hitting too far on the right side of the ball causing it to drag to the left.
I think you need to assess your technique. I recommend going out to the field on your own and just practice shooting straight, right down the middle of the goal. Don’t even aim for the side panel for now.
If your shots are straight and have power then you have good technique. If you have good technique, keep this up but now aim for the left side of the goal. Not the side panel, but a yard or two inside and see where your shots go.
I found for myself that my shots pull left a bit more than I expect so when I aim a yard or two inside the post, my shots will hit the side panel. As opposed to aiming for the side panel and then they go wide. Try this out and let me know if this helps your problem!!
If you can’t shoot it straight down the middle then you just need more repetitions to master your shooting technique. Please follow up and let me know if this trick works for you😁🫶🏼🫶🏼
@@KreiderAcademy Yes. I am right footed. I will definitely come back to let you know but generally I'm more consistent shooting central or slightly right and going for the left side of the goal. I am trying a new shooting practice routine to make sure I get better technique so hopefully that will help. I spend about 5 minutes with the ball pressed against a wall/bench doing half swings really feeling the hard part of my foot pressed against the middle of the ball. Then I go in to 5 minutes of follow through hops only. Finally I combine all together with shooting a stationary ball. I noticed one thing on your follow through though (example at 1:00 in your video). Your kicking foot lands at an ~ 90 ( if not more) degree angle to your target. Is this intentional and what is the significance of it?
@@georgemihaylov6888 Sounds good! Also, that's a really good observation! The angle of my kicking foot when landing is not intentional. I'm not purposely trying to land with my kicking foot pointing in that direction. It is the result of me putting all my momentum and power into the shot though. I guess that's how my body feels is best to land and maintain balance after shooting🤣
Regardless the direction your foot lands I don't think it impact your shot power or accuracy! Great question though!!
Our foot sizes differ alot. We can't strike with our laces as our foot hits the ground if we tried so. Can you make a tutorial on how to strike with laces depending on foot size
Hey mate try these two solutions out. I’d love to help but It’s difficult to know the cause of your problem without seeing you shooting. But here’s a couple of problems that may be causing it:
1. Contact with the ball is too low, causing your toes to hit the turf. If you hit a little higher then you’ll hit the sweet spot for power and height, but also not hitting the ground.
2. You’re too straight when striking the ball. If this is the problem then positioning your standing foot a couple of more inches to the side of the ball will cause your leg to be at more of an angle when striking the ball, making it so your toes don’t get caught on the ground.
I’d say look at these two first for suggestions and if you’re still struggling after several days of practice then feel free to dm me a video on Instagram. I’m not very active on it right now but sometimes I look at it and I’ll help you out if I see it. I hope this helps🫶🏼
Are you supposed to touch the turf with your big toe when shooting with laces or is it better if it doesn't touch
(Let's say you're barefooted)
@@Nathan-ho5dj No don’t want to touch the turf with your big toe when you shoot for a couple of reasons.
Firstly, hitting the turf will take power out of your shot since some of your force is being sapped into the ground. You want all your force going into your shot and that occurs if you only make contact with the ball.
Secondly, you are putting yourself at risk of injury. Doing this consistently may not cause a problem 90% of the time, but if you make poor contact with the ball one time and hit even lower on the ball, then a larger portion of your foot or toe will hit the ground. This makes it likely for you to get your foot caught or stuck in the turf and you can really damage the ligaments in your ankle by hyperextending it. I hope this helps🫶🏼
@@KreiderAcademycan you help me When I try to striker the ball it deosnt hit my laces it hits my toes what am I doing wrong I wana hit with my laces
@@rabiahmadi2989 There’s two potential problems that may be causing this, but I can’t say which one for sure without seeing your technique.
The first problem is that you’re hitting to high on the ball. If you want to hit with your laces, then make sure laces are making contact with the middle of the ball. If you’re hitting too high on the ball then your toes will hit the ball first causing your shots to lack power.
2. The other problem and the more likely cause is that you’re not locking your ankle. You need to engage the muscles around your ankles and to keep your ankle locked. If you do not you keep your ankle locked, your toes come up as you’re shooting causing them to hit the ball first.
A good way to test for these problems. If your shot will not get off the ground, you have the first problem. If your shot has height and lots of backspin, then you have the second problem. I hope this helps😁🫶🏼
It’s just so much harder to actually get the hang of it , after doing it wrong for years
Absolutely! My shooting technique was awful growing up… eventually I did some research and practiced a ton and I started seeing results! My best advice is if you want to fix it as quickly as possible make sure every time you train you’re getting some finishing in👍🏼 Consistency is key 🔑
I am having problems with getting power on my shots. I uploaded the shots on my page, so can you give me any advice.
Hey I took a look at your shot! Here’s my thoughts. Firstly I think you have good technique with it overall.
One thing that I noticed is on your follow through. You shot, your foot came down, then you jumped on your kicking foot. This is a fine place to be at the start because it helps you build the habit. However, to get the most power out of your shot you need to be almost jumping through the ball. Check out some of my laced shots. My momentum of my run up is causing to jump onto my kicking foot. Instead you’re standing over the ball and your leg comes down and around then you’re jumping. This just means that less of your momentum is going through the ball on your shot.
The other thing may just be your age. You’re a young guy, just keep practicing it! The more practice and repetitions you do the more you’ll notice your power increase for two reasons.
1 your technique will improve from the practice
2 your leg muscles will get stronger with you using them!
It’ll take time but you’ll get there for sure! Keep it up😁👍🏼
Thank you for responding to my comment and taking time. It means a lot to me that you reviewed it and gave feedback.

To get more height on the ball, you’ll want to hit lower on the ball like @Scientifact286 said.

Do you possibly know how to fix my foot? I can’t figure out how to keep it locked. I keep hitting my toe. I would be grateful if you replied.
I learned to keep my ankle locked first by doing technical drills. I got tons of reps with a partner tossing me a ball and I would volley it back with my laces.
The key is to make sure your ankle is locked while doing this. You have to be intentional about it.
This will help you develop the habit of striking the ball with your ankle locked and it becomes muscle memory! I hope this helps🫶🏼🫶🏼

Damn I hope this channel was around when I played HS soccer.😂 But now Imma use these techniques against out of shape 30-yr-olds in the amateur leagues

When we hit the ball with laces our feet hit the ground 😐 solution plz
I’d love to help! It’s difficult to know the problem without seeing you shooting.
I hope this helps🫶🏼

any tips for 12 year old
and best drills for midfielder
Good news! I already have a video titled “Become a Complete Midfielder | Individual Dribbling, Passing, First Touch & Finishing Training” for you to get started!
My #1 tip for a 12 year old would be to do as much technical training as possible. Find a friend or two to train daily with. It’s not necessary to have partners but it helps motivate you and keep you accountable. But the more time you put in now to improve your technical ability, the more you’ll benefit when you’re older. As a 12 year old I’d try to do better playing/training 5-6 days a week if I wanted to play at a top-level college or play professionally. I hope this helps🫶🏼🫶🏼
Also make sure that you enjoy your training. Make sure your training is high quality, but it shouldn’t feel like a job. The more you enjoy it the more you’ll want to work at it and reap the rewards!
