      I’d also add in there 1v1 ability and decision making. While dribbling is a large part of 1v1 ability, being deceptive in your movement is another key detail.
      Decision making is an important trait but it is also important for every other position on the field

    When i am in 1v1 aginest defenders its good to do my skill moves early and late but not too early and not too late right?

      @KreiderAcademy  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      When you’re doing skill moves your objective is to commit the defender. So you want to use your moves to try and freeze the defender or have them stab because they believe they can win it. Once they commit then you cut the ball the opposite way and explode past them.
      I wouldn’t think of it as using skill moves early and late, but instead over exaggerating the fake to make the defender bite.
      If you need to improve on the timing of your skills my best advice is to keep practicing 1v1s with friends. The more you work on it the more naturally it will come, making you a more effective dribbler😄

      So its not set distence is thats reptiosion to learn when to do the move?

    • @KreiderAcademy
      @KreiderAcademy  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@user-sk5td4yp4b exactly! The distance can vary depending on several factors. Whether the defender is fast or slow, aggressive or cautious, and if there is space or it is tight. Getting more repetitions and practice will help it become natural for you! Hope this helps🫶🏼

    Bro i want to work on dribbling. For 1 week would i do same dribbling session for whole week or every day i should change the drills and do different kind of drills

    • @KreiderAcademy
      @KreiderAcademy  3 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      I’d recommend getting a bunch of dribbling drills together you like and do each of them 2-3 times a week. But don’t do the exact same session each time. Like mix and match them up. That way it will help reduce monotony of it and make training more enjoyable.
      The larger your collection of drills the more variation in training you can have, making each session feel unique! Hope this helps🫶🏼

      Also once you master a drill, either do something to make it more challenging or just take it out of your training plan so that way you continue to grow!

    ok on 6.24 i don't understand that what is intense work.

    • @KreiderAcademy
      @KreiderAcademy  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Intense work is just the part of your session that is the most physically demanding. So if you were doing long dribbling drills, 1v1s, small-sided games, sprint work, etc. The drills and exercises that are tiring. Hope this helps👍🏼
