Excellent tutorial. I watched it the first time without sound so I would not disturb my daughter while she studies. I understood most of it that way. So cool.
Thank you for sharing ;) I'm working on this type of Tree of life right now ....I love to Wire Wrap but always thought this type was really hard , however I surprised my self and I did it ALL with your help , Thanks so much for sharing ;)
Thanks for your response. I am on a tablet, so maybe it is the American thing. I do enjoy your tutorials, although I have to go back a few times to understand the weaves. I have learned so much from your videos, I hope that t pressing the "like" symbol will help keep you making videos!
Thanks!! I asked this shop on etsy for a photo of the back because I was curious to see if it would snag my cloths. They said they would never show that lol thank you for a whole video!!!! Oxxoxo I love yours more!!
Oh wow, I always post photos of the back of my pieces that I sell, I think people have a right to know exactly what they are getting and what it looks like.
Oxana, you're such a bad influence!! At least that's what my husband says. I love your videos and cannot thank you enough for sharing & motivating me to get back into jewelry making! Keep up the amazing work.
I love your video for this peice and I was wondering if you could share links for the stones you use and the wires as well please? I am not having any luck myself.
I use wire from Rio Grande and Monsterslayer, just raw copper wire from either website. The stones I search for online, ebay, etsy, it is kind of all luck especially with labradorites, just search for "cabochon". Some facebook groups sells stones as well.
ahhhhmazing you are my favorite you tube teacher by far & absolutely essential to my learning! Thank you! support $ will be coming to you soon promise! Do you fufill requests by chance? p.s. the labradorite in this video is absolutely stunning!! ❤💙💚💛💜
Thank you!!! :) I haven't had too much time lately to focus on my videos, but you can let me know what your request is and if I get the chance to I will do it.
All your pieces are so gorgeous! I love watching your videos!! I was wondering if you've ever wrapped undrilled crystals that have been shaped like a heart? I have a friend who reeeeeally want me to make her one but I am unsure how to even start haha.
duh, right? I do have that dip for my pliers. That labradorite is absolutely stunning, it is one of my favorite stones. and your tutorial is impeccable. I'll have to try it.
Probably just perception on video -- the 16G I ordered from Arcor doesn't seem as thick as the one you're using. I've thought about going down to a 14 for a frame. I dunno. Maybe the hard and soft matter with thickness when they measure? I usually use half hard.
I have super tiny hands so that makes all the wire look thicker than it is. I always use dead soft because half hard is too firm for me to be able to bend
@@OxanaCrafts thank you for your answer and for your great work. Without youtube videos i would never have known wire wrapping. We can learn so much from you.
I think I have tried to show the hammering in a couple of videos, but it is so hard, because the way I have my camera set up is I have to hold stuff up in front of it, and I can't really hold up my iron block and hammer in the air, lol. So when I try to film it, it is kind of hard to see, especially since I have to try to hold the camera while I hammer. But I am going to try and get someone to film me doing it, to get a halfway decent video
About an inch or a little less should be good, but you can customise size of bail, you can weave a little longer to make bail extra large like for a big beaded necklace to fit through for example.

Awesome tutorial!!! I love the way mine turned out! Thank you!!

Hi! I recently found your channel and I'm in love! I'd like to know where you get your stones
it's gorgeous. How do you keep from having plier marks in the wire?
You can use nylon pliers, or cover your pliers in painters tape. Thanks!
duh, right? I do have that dip for my pliers. That labradorite is absolutely stunning, it is one of my favorite stones. and your tutorial is impeccable. I'll have to try it.
Thank you!

You refer often, to the I up in the right hand upper corner, but I cannot find it
It doesn't always show up I have learned, I think it is only something in the US, and also may not show up if watching on phone.
What size cabochons do you like to use to make these types of pendants?
Usually at least an inch tall
Is it possible to make the frame with 18 gauge square or 18 gauge round (copper) wire? I haven't thicker wire.
Yes you can use 18 gauge
@@OxanaCrafts thank you for your answer and for your great work. Without youtube videos i would never have known wire wrapping. We can learn so much from you.
What brand /name is the thin pliers you used to wrap the roots?
They are Xuron pliers, I got them from Amazon, here is a video on all my tools: th-cam.com/video/ep5nyZfebco/w-d-xo.html
You should do a tutorial with something you hammer in the video!!! 😁 LOL just saying cause you mentioned it..
I think I have tried to show the hammering in a couple of videos, but it is so hard, because the way I have my camera set up is I have to hold stuff up in front of it, and I can't really hold up my iron block and hammer in the air, lol. Lol ok cool tgat be awsome cause i just got my hammering block for Christmas and im ready to test it out
Does this weave pattern have a name or is it one that you made up? Thanks!
Do you mean the one I did on the bail? I kind of made it up, but I'm sure it's been done before, don't know if there is a name for it
Do you have a tutorial on just the bail weave?
Briliáns
What size is that stone you are using?
I'm not sure and I no longer have it to measure, probable about 2 inches
Hello do you have any new videos
I have a couple that were posted relatively recently, just go to my channel and under video you should see them all in chronological order.
How do you know how far to go with your bail? TIA
About an inch or a little less should be good, but you can customise size of bail, you can weave a little longer to make bail extra large like for a big beaded necklace to fit through for example.
@@OxanaCrafts thank you very much 😊
hey lovely what are them blue pliers you are using please
they are Xuron needle nose pliers.
thank you xo
do you sell them?
yes I do, on my instagram: Oxana124
+OxanaCrafts its a great work

Just thought u should know u forget to put the little i in the corner when u are uploading. Or something happened and it's no longer there.
thanks, I will look into it. They keep changing things, so maybe something is different now
La galère !!!
i dont see an eye :(
I noticed it does not always show up, depends on browser, and some countries don't have it.

That's not framed.
