    I drowned in a 4.5 ft pool six months ago. I am 5'10 since then I have gone to learn to swim (pretty much just with the help of TH-cam videos) almost every weekend if possible ... Last weekend, i did 75 laps of 25m

    Thank you so much for all this positive info. Im 62 and now getting into shape and following your swimming techniques with other things as well. Im getting there on a plan that i can now stick with. Thanks again

    I get the same benefits from land based hiit workouts with strength and agility conditioning workouts. I do them 5-6 days per week without ever missing. The pool is boring back and forth and you still need walking steps and land based work. I can swim for 10-20 min max back and forth.

    Thank you for this great video Fares! I’m an NCAA Div. II swimmer looking for little ways I can improve in the pool. Warming down intentionally is a brilliant idea worth implementing in my practices.
