I'm 48 years old and living in California, I'm hoping to retire at 50 if things keep going well for me. Bought my first house last month and can't be more proud than am. I'm glad made great decisions about my finances that changed me forever but now I can't seem to make any other smart investment.

Does she even know how mortgage interest work? One signs on for a fixed 15-30 yr rate, the rate doesn’t fluctuate every month so when rent goes down and interest rate up, you don’t lose $ as you locked in the fixed rate!

with $10,000 there is alot you can invest in that is profitable, my investment Manager has enlighten on diversification of stocks , and this has helped me so much. i believe working with in expert is essential, my savings have grown since i started investing correctly.

Great insight as usual. Since 2 out of 3 is so bullish on property and property price is at an all time high, why not just buy the property stocks which is at an all time low?
In India, Fixed deposits rates are 7.1% p.a for 400days
And for the bank employees, it’s 8.1%

Long-term investors know that the market and economy will recover eventually, and are well positioned for the rebound. Personally still going hard on this crazy market and I'm doing just fine. My portfolio currently up 43% right now. I am going to sit back and observe how this all plays out, adding more stocks at a time.
How did you achieve it? I been trying to stick with index funds. I feel this new interest rates hikes could crash this economy. I'm looking out for a better investing strategy, I have a lump sum that inflation is steady eating up.
My portfolio is very much diversified. I did it using copy trading system from a US regulated broker Amie Christine Shapiro. Tbh it's been a huge relief. Good earnings and little to no engagement at all on my part. Her stock picks are outstanding. I can tell you she's quite the genius in trading and portfolio diversification.
Actually I've heard about copying trades but have no idea on how it works. Do you just give out your money or copy manually? And She must have fees for this service right
The FED knows. They aren't committed to "attacking " inflation. They are going to continue to inflate, stocks and commodities will continue to go up with everything else. You can't just sit on cash waiting for a crash, get your money working for you, start buying in slowly and then gradually increase the pace of buying as the prices continue to drop.
You don't give out funds here. My account only mirrors her trades in real time that's the ideal for this system. The lady I just recommended is a renowned advisor and knows what the heck she's doing. Check her out i think she will explain better.
