Sweet. I paint too. Found a gallon of Dupont Centari in my garage. 35 year old light blue heavy metallic hard to shoot stuff. Painted my 65 Nova wagon in the driveway with it. Suits my needs.

Watched it again! just a idea! I would get a roll of thin visqueen and staple it to the rafters above the ride! just a thought! Also! I am in need for the rod and top bracket for my battery! it's a 59 Impala!

Just thought id mention that you can buy.. or make Screens that go around your garage door to keep the cool coming in, while keeping the bugs out.
My wife bought me them for my shop... and its a lifesaver. We live on the edge of lake Ontario and its mosquito heaven at night and early morning
I have to look into that. This summer wasn't bad because it hasn't rained. When I painted my lincoln, it was skeeter city.
That was more work than most people could do in a week.....................
The extra help sanding was big for sure but they are all good workers.
The finished product looks GREAT !!!!!!!!!

Perfect dust free jobs don’t exist, no matter how good the booth is, prep, paint suit whatever. Get the clear on there and cut and buff. Tack off good before clear and bam…..good to go!

That's such a sweet color, Cascade Green right? IMO those subdued green hues of the early 60s are so highly underrated and fit those landyachts so nicely

Yeah I did do that but I didn't do very much, block sanding over gaps.

@lonestar lows , what color is that green or if you have a paint code? Looks very similar to my Dads car but its not on a chevy, maybe you said it in a video and I missed it. I keep hoping one day you will say "Hot Dammit Bobby" in a video.
The color is a stock 1960 GM called cascade green 903A
@@lonestarlows Really, wow. It looks like an oem color but so much better, it pops so much more then colors from the 60s. Truly an excellent choice to make your ride stand out. Thank you for the reply.
@mikefew4232 yeah man. I love the 60s, but not in red white or black. I had a black one the greens and blue are so much nicer. And not seen often
