Today is the King’s 87th birthday, January 8th, 2022, & it never gets old listening to this beautiful song. Even in these rehearsals, his voice was majestic, full of raw emotion. We miss you E so much.
The sound of his laughter just gives me goosebumps! I love to see where he lives and jokes around it shows that he is a real human just like the rest of us. He does have the most amazing voice that I have ever heard in my 58 years of living 💯❣️

Not to mention the old guy mid 60s had light blue suit had an autographed picture of himself and Elvis right where we were standing at the International Hotel. Right down from where you check in, small office on left, we could smell the King there....really KILLER !!!! I like Polk salad Annie Uncut rehearsals the best they kick ass !!! Elvis Lives in 2015.
WOW What a huge loss to the world. I was 10 years old when he became popular. I am now 76 and I still love and enjoy him music. Certain songs will come on and I can remember where I was when that song came out. I even told my kids and grandkids that I want my cd’s spiritual ones playing at my funeral. And before everyone arrives I want them to start it off with, Black limousine !!!!!!!

I'm not a huge elvis fan - but am a sucker for the ballads. I do wonder what he would have done if he had lived - could you imagine the collaborations there could of been! It is a shame he passed away - I remember it at the time in the papers - when I was just a lad! I am sure that Elvis would of kept up with the times and he would of embraced new musical styles. This brought a tear to my eye!
