I was diagnosed with stage 2 cancer. Did surgery with breast reconstruction. Completed 3 cycles of TC using cold caps. One more cycle to go. Loss some hair but that was my only side effect. Had a little chemo brain for 2 days along with fatigue. I thought the experience would have been bad but it is quite manageable . Nutrition and exercise plays a great part in healing quickly.
Hi! Thank you for sharing this experience! I hope you’re healing well now.
God bless you for all you do to inform my wife and I of the journey we are going through. Thank you
I’m so glad I can help! 🙏🏼❤️
So sorry to miss another live. Work gets in the way!!! Love watching the replays. This community is so amazing and inspirational to be a part of. I listen and have read Joe Despenzas books. I truly believe his philosophy of how powerful the mind is. Stress is such a big part in our physical and mental health. I meditate often and it does help reduce stress.
Hi!:) I have missed your live this time. Last time I was here. Please share how you managed to keep your hemoglobin level and leucocytes suitable for receiving chemo. I am eating well and healthy, drinking beet/carrot juice. I had just received my 3rd paclitaxel out of 12. I already had one transfusion after 4th red chemo.
Hi! Thanks for returning! I ate balanced as far as enough protein during treatment and had a lot of smoothies and rest. I only took a multivitamin so that nothing would interfere with the chemo. Since you’re taking medicine that affects hemoglobin you might have to have the transfusion or shots to boost your immune system sometimes. Stay hydrated and getting rest are really key too.
Just an amazing lady just been diagnosed with ovarian cancer my son has oesophagus cancer.its hard but just getting on with it day bye day best we canx
Hi! I’m sorry. Day by day is what you have to do sometimes.
Girl, you look like you are radiating 🫶 great episode!
I’m so sad to have missed your live. Yesterday was supposed to be my last chemotherapy, a happy day but instead I am in the hospital with an infection. I thought I was okay but it was definitely more emotional than I expected. 🙏
Hi Amy! I missed you! I’m sorry to hear that. I’ve been there and I was so emotional. I ended up needing a blood transfusion and was told I could be done with chemo after. I’d love an update when you feel better. 🙏🏼❤️
Thank you for your help
You’re welcome!
I'm still thinking about your NY marathon!!! (I believe ahead yet) So exciting...I put it in my bucket list. "I can and I will" 👏🩷👏😁
