One of my favorite recovery tools is to put my legs up on the wall and then stretch immediately afterwards to help flush the lactic out. Also, I love getting in the cold tub or hot tub, and also a recovery walk to help loosen up my legs and keep me moving so I don’t get stiff between workouts. The most important of them all sleeping!
