Awesome video. So helpful and instructive. I was thinking 44” ultra strong and I’m about your size. I think if you’re taller it depends on your ceiling height and how soft a bounce you can afford. If too tall with low ceilings, use ultra strong cords and smaller diameter 44” vs 49” although 39” would be too small. If you’re heavy, ultra strong cords and 44” probably for some space. Nice that you could afford to buy 2! These are pricey!!! Thanks again for your recommendations!

@@ArnitaChampion I saw that!! I just jumped off lol. Damn I LOVE my rebounder, it’s helped strengthen my body, pelvic floor and encourage lymph drainage. I looked and don’t see that Bellicon sells a folding one, is that correct? I brought it with me on a road trip to NC cuz I can’t live without it. I have the 44” and super happy. May get the 39 so I can travel with it, even in the plane.
Best news is I no longer need to wear ANY knee braces 👌🏼

Could you talk about why you choose Ultra Strong cords vs. Extra Strong or Strong?
hey great vid, if you just wanted one for jogging in place (and in an apartment with downstairs neighbors) which would you choose? does the smaller have more of a pop? is one less noisy. love your presentation btw.

Hi what do you use or choice of strength of the bungee cords? Strong or extra strong?
Can you do horizontal exercises for back and abs on the small one, is it just as good or larger has an advantage for those types of use?
Great video! I am starting to customize mine. You recommend getting the ultra-strength bands. My husband and I are somewhat fit but not like you. He's 160#, and I'm 135#. Since you have been using them, do you think the ultra would be ok for us? We don't want to buy one and be disappointed in the strength/bounce. Thank you!
Does your height matter when selecting the diameter? You look very petite, I am 6' tall. Is there a height chart anywhere? I could not find one on the Bellicon website.
I am curious how tall you are? I am 5'2 and currantly have the 39". I am thinking of upgrading to the 44" to have more workout space. Like you I am going to keep my 39" as it will easily fit in my car when I travel. Thank you for the video. I love my Bellicon!

Do u think bellicon ok for me to use if I had slipped lower disc in back 3 yrs ago. I'm fine now with occasional back pain.Thanks
Hello Champ! Make sure you check with your physician first seeing they will know you limitations and they will give you their recommendations. I have client who have had back problems and after checking with their physician they were given the thumbs up.
Which size would you recommend for an aerobic workout the 39" or the 44" ?
I STARTED WITH THE 39 THEN FOUND I COULD SO SO MUCH MORE WITH THE 44. BOTH ARE AWESOME. IF I HAD TO CHOOSE... FOR TRAVEL THE 39 FOR HOME 44. :)

BOTH ARE STABLE CHAMP. IF YOU LIKE TO MOVE AROUND ON NEED SOME SPACE WITH YOUR MOVES OF COURSE THE 44 . THE 39 FOR ME IS WHEN AM DOING QUICK CARDIO ABS, AND WHEN I AM USING IT FOR HIIT WORKOUTS.
Why the heck something that cost so much is so nerrow in diameter.
It should be at least 10 centemeters wider for safety.
I bet that few people payed 1000 dollars for this trampoline and later had to pay even more for sorting out their teeth
UMMMM OKAY, I HEAR YOU BUT I AM SURE THE INDIVIDUALS REBOUNDING ARE AWARE OF ITS DIMENSIONS. YOU DON'T NEED TO BE A REBOUNDER TO LOOSE TEETH... YOU CAN RUN ON A FLAT SURFACE WITH ALL THE ROOM YOU NEED AND FALL:(
