Since creating this video, I have discovered another rebounder and it's by the brand BCan 40/44 inch rebounder amzn.to/3CgZ5a6 ($109 - price varies) and I am not sure how I missed this when I was doing research. I did a short video on it (comparing it to the Acon) here: th-cam.com/video/KmtNWb8TFxQ/w-d-xo.html and will be doing an update video soon. It's a great rebounder and I really like it! This one stands out because it's foldable, it uses bungees, it weights 22 lbs, (the Acon is 30 lbs, the Leeps & Rebounds is 14 lbs). They sell variations and some have a large support bar if needed (but it's more expensive). It has a weight limit that is really high at 550 lbs. Some of the Amazon reviews said it was difficult to put together. For me it was not too difficult as it included a tool to help you attach the bungees - and it made it so much easier. If you're still contemplating which one to go with, please check out my comprehensive post on the topic here: lifeanddiy.com/mini-trampoline-rebounding-vr-experience/. My review of the Bcan will be on my site shortly!
I heard it has a pretty firm bounce. That plus the high weight limit might make it ideal for bigger people. However, I have seen good reviews from all kinds of people.
I just got mine and put it together! I've been a fitness instructor and trainer for 2 decades and have gotten so bored with weight training, yoga and dance...this has had amazing reviews!
@@mindtomuscle1105 I am so excited for you! It's such a nice change from the standard workouts. You may also want to chexk out VR workouts (with the Quest 2)...the game Supernatural has some amazing fun and challenging workouts. I love switching things up.
I bought the white Acon hexagonal a couple weeks ago and really like it. I am 70 and was lifting and riding bike for my exercise and still love both. However, the rebounding does so much more : the breathing, the heart rate, the core, the back, and I'm assuming, the lymph. I believe my cardio health is going to improve tremendously from this.
I am so happy to hear this! Thank you for sharing some of your experience with the rebounder and comparing it to riding a bike and lifting. I totally agree with you on how it impacts the breathing, heart rate, cardio and core (plus lymphatic system). The white hexagonal Acon you got looks amazing and if I had more space, I probably would have gotten that one too!
Holly, this is your old J instructor from Maryland. Thanks for sharing this content. I watch a lot of your skin care videos, but this topic speaks to me. I don’t take very good care of my skin, but I am always looking for low impact ways to burn calories and improve core strength. I’d never considered a rebounder until I saw this video. Thank you for helping me think outside the box for fitness solutions. Very respectfully, Max
Max! I am so shocked and happy to see your comment here. I had no idea you saw any of my content. I hope I'm doing an ok job on here because you trained me in speaking in front of a camera. :) I am so glad you are interested in rebounding. It is such a nice easy workout but it still gets the heart rate up and it really works your body, though it does feel easy and very low impact. It's great if you have some injuries and don't want to run on the pavement or a treadmill. I get sore from using it (mostly my legs) but it's great that I'm working more muscle groups and I'm not getting any injuries. Thank you for stopping by and leaving this comment. It put a huge smile on my face! I hope you're doing well.
Follow up: I trust your research. You do so much of the heavy lifting with regard to research across a variety of products, I decided to just trust you. I purchased that BCan rebounder you mentioned in the follow-up comments. It will be here this week. The production quality of your videos is ever evolving/improving. I’ve followed your channel for years, but you finally found a product family I was interested in. BCan owes one sale to you. Your followers are lucky to have such a diligent and dedicated researcher on their side. Cheers. @@LifeDIY
Max, how's it going with your Bcan rebounder? I'd love to hear any feedback you have. I actually didn't see your comment until today, so I'm extra curious about how it's going. Thank you for this feedback on my channel and content. That means a lot. I have been working a full time job over the past four years and this is going to be my last week there. I put so much of my brain power, energy and effort into my work there, that I feel like I had very little left to put into my content here. So, I'm finally going to be able to fully focus and hopefully improve the content on my channel. You probably didn't need all those details, but I am so excited about my new beginning which will start this Friday evening! Regarding Bcan, I should get one of their products to try out. I'd feel better about recommending it if I used one. I'm so happy to see your comment here. Thanks, Max!
Hi Holly! I just was reading through your sweet comments, and how fun to hear from your teacher! I just wanted to say, I recently purchased a BCAN rebounder. It got good reviews on Amazon, and the cost was right for me. I am 63y female, in good shape generally. I love the rebounder. When I started though, I think I didn't really realize the impact that is involved, and my upper back hurt for awhile afterwards. Now, I'm just much more gentle with the rebounder, and trying to acclimate myself slowly to it. Thank you so much for your really Excellent research and information. It is so helpful! 👍👍Great video!
@@patricia753 Hi Patricia - you are to kind and I am really sorry for my very late reply. I missed this comment when you first posted it. I am so happy to hear that you love the BCan rebounder too! I am glad your body has been adjusting to it. I had some weird pains when I first used it to - for a week or two, and then they all went away. Thank you again. I plan to do an update video on this soon!
Great video on the subject. I have been an avid rebounder for about a year and see a huge change in body composition, not only due to calorie burn but mostly because the lymphatic system gets such a big boost. If you have not encountered her yet, Nikki Hayes has a great YT channel called Earth and Owl. Rebounding for beginners and seniors as well as more advanced rebounders. It is a fabulous channel, where you can also learn the proper technique for rebounding which is quite important in the long run. I highly recommend her.
Morning, I just purchased the Acon on Friday. I am going to be 66 at the end of March. I also did a lot of research and from what I found this is probably one of the best one if the price point works for you. I wanted a good solid one for both myself and my husband. Many people start with Bcan from what I researched and it’s a good starting one but then move up to another brand. I saw on one review the Bcan can wobble since the legs are not as strong. My husband said don’t get a wobble one. 😂 I did get the bar and I will be using it to start out with. I am really out of shape and need to get in better health. The health reviews for everyone including seniors are amazing. Must start out slow from what I see for me. Thanks for your solid review as I am even more confident in my purchase. The price is supposed to change after Feb, get it soon.
Thank you so much for sharing this! It sounds like we both came to the conclusion that this is the best quality for the price. It is a very solid mini trampoline. I didn't see a lot of reviews of the Acon when I was researching, but I am glad I found it. I think you're likely right about the Bcan being a good affordable starter option. I think this will really help you get in better shape. Definitely look for some workout videos on youtube. There are a few good options. I just find it helpful to keep me motivated and to workout longer on the rebounder. I'm happy to hear you're in your 60s and doing this and it's awesome to hear your husband will use it too. Amazing! My dad is in his 70s and I've mentioned this to him recently but he's not interested (yet), though I am tempted to buy him one! I am excited for yours to arrive soon!
I have a Bellicon and it is amazing. I am 70 years young. I bounce daily and am feeling wonderful. I know this is helping my health. My husband is also using this.
Oct 2024 i bought my 1st rebounder NZD $113 it will do for now. Im 60yrs old and just getting started every day and loving it. Good for my surfing. Thanks for the break down.
Your videos have over the last couple of years every now and then appeared on my youtube feed. I just wanted to say having struggled with my own health issues these last few years, its really cool to see how you've manage to push through and hustle while dealing with your own health challenges, turning your personal research into a career. Personally, I'v never been money driven myself until these last couple of years, but really its just to have financial security, something that is desperately needed for somebody who isn't sure whether or not they'll have to go on disability, and secondly, the freedom to throw money at different treatments. ...anyways, I'm ranting now. I haven't seen you talk about MCAS (perhaps you have), that may be something worth looking into. Keep it up. You're a rock star!!
I was a trainer and fitness instructor in the 80’s and I had a mini trampoline for fun. I gave it up in a move. About five weeks ago I bought one on a whim. I’ve been on it daily. Sometimes up to 45 minutes. I love it! I already do strength training and other forms of exercise daily but I am so happy I added the rebounding
I few years ago at the gym I went to they offered classes that used these boots that would bounce. I think they were called 'kanga boots' or something to that effect. I'm pretty sure it's the same idea as a rebounder. Maybe an option for someone who had even less room, or if you could imagine, they just wanted to bounce around the house all day. lol You do good work! I'm always impressed substance and content that you offer.
@@LifeDIY I think that would be an accurate assessment about them being a little dangerous if I owned a pair, but you, I think you would be okay. lol 100% fun though for sure!
Thanks so much for your review of the Acon rebounder❣ Currently using my Cellerciser (uses springs vs cords) that I purchased more than 2 decades ago and barely ever used until recently. I am a senior and find it difficult to jump more than 2 mins. at a time but I would probably have more stamina with the bungee system. I found out the hard way several weeks ago when I jumped rapidly and probably about 10 mins. while listening to ZZ Top "Sharp Dressed Man" 🎶LOL. I hung on tightly to the attached bar while jumping/dancing about and felt great, but next day + 2-3 weeks my left arm, shoulder, and neck were super painful. Won't do that again. But I wish I could.☺
I have the large folding legs Bellicon, and an extra set of bungie straps gifted to me with a different strength. Will be useful as the body weight comes off and my body gets lighter. LOVE IT. LOVE IT, LOVE IT! Very worth the money if you are going to use it. 🍇🍉🍒🥭🍎🍌
Thank you! The rebounder I have here makes very, very little noise. If someone lived in an apartment with thin walls and you can hear people walking above you, then you might hear it. But, if it's a condo and someone is next door - I am pretty positive they would not hear a thing! :) It's so quiet.
@@cbingham40 yeah they might be a little more expensive actually. However, even if it had cost me 2000 it would have been worth every penny. No other trampoline I’ve tried comes even close. That’s my honest opinion
Now this was helpful! The previous one I watched too on the benefits of rebounding I appreciate the detail - thank you… I also also have a bungee rebounder and even with knee issues cannot believe how great it is
Looks like you're having a lot of fun Holly! You’re glowing, and look and sound super energised. I don’t think 5,500 steps is “pathetic” at all...I do about 12,000 steps in a round of golf, which is about a 6 mile walk. Probably too early for you to say, but I was wondering if this has improved your sleep at all.?
Thanks, Joe! I almost feel bad for saying that about the steps because there are people with mobility issues who can do a lot less than what I am striving for, so I don't want them to feel even worse. But, thank you for saying that! I'm overthinking things. :) 12,000 steps is a lot! And, do you golf often? For the rebounder, I haven't noticed a huge change in my sleep but I am tracking things extensively. I will figure the sleep stuff out soon.
Sadly I don’t get much golf in this time of the year…it’s just too muddy to play…but better weather is only round the corner, and then I’ll get out there about 2/3 times a week.😊 I always feel great afterwards. I’m sure you’re going to keep motivated with your rebounder. It looks like it’s doing you the world of good.

Loving your channel! I have had a Bellicon rebounder for about ten years (since I was 19 or 20) and still LOVE it! Thank you for making these great videos spreading the word about this phenomenal form of exercise! Also where is your blue jacket from? It’s SO beautiful! I prefer wearing modest fitness attire but still looking feminine, ladylike, and classy. That jacket is LOVLEY! You are lovely also! Can’t wait to watch more of your videos. God bless you and yours.🙏🏻✝️🕊️😊
Thank you for such a sweet, kind comment! The zip up jacket is by the brand Lucy and I LOVE the style of all their jackets and many of their shirts. Their products aren't really being sold anymore other than on Thredup (www.thredup.com/r/QCQYPZ). I've bought several things from the brand on that site which sells very well-taken care of used items - it's basically an online thrift store. I highly recommend it and definitely recommend Lucy clothing. :) I too love stuff that is feminine and classy and covered up. :) That's awesome to hear about your Bellicon and amazing you've had it for so long. I didn't know that the company has been around for that long. I definitely want to do way more videos on rebounding. I love it too!
A coworker gave me a rebounder back in the 90's. It was sturdy but rigid. I would jump on it for 15-20 minutes a day. And I lost 20-25 lbs in about 6 weeks. I was 230 lbs. I moved out of state it couldn't fit into my car so I gave it away. I've recently lost 170 lbs but was diagnosed with early onset congestive heart failure, weakness in my left ventricle, an enlarged heart and venous insufficiency. I do kettlebell swings and have a Bowflex. But I'd been looking into do self massage for lymphatic drainage. And a rebounder video was in my recommendations. Since then I've been looking into the benefits of rebounding and the different rebounders that are on the market. My thinking is that if venous insufficiency if the body not being able to pump the blood from my legs back up to my heart then wouldn't rebounding be beneficial in that way? I'm aware that you're not a Dr. I have an appointment with my cardiologist on Tuesday. I thought I'd do the research on this before the appointment. I've already had to describe what a kettlebell is. Apparently everyone doesn't know what one is. Lol. But thank you for doing a great job on both videos that I've watched so far on rebounding. Even back in the 90's I had no idea why I lost so much weight, that rebounding helped the lymphatic system or most of the other things that I've recently discovered. So again thank you.
Thank you so much for this nice comment and I am so sorry for my late reply! That's incredible you lost so much weight in 6 weeks. I'm sorry to hear about the congestive heart failure. My brother has that as well, though I think it is considered very mild. He was checked recently and it seems like his heart function is in the normal range. He attributes that to eating the carnivore diet. I also think low carb in general is just healthy, but that's off the topic, sorry!. :) I really like the way you think regarding rebounding and venous insufficiency. It makes complete sense and it's also just overall very good for cardiovascular health. Have you heard of vibration plates? I think I've heard people recommend the Life Pro brand. I wonder if this might help as well.
@@LifeDIY thank you for your response. I haven't really looked into vibration plates. I may need to Google them. I'm sorry to hear of your brother's diagnosis but glad that he's doing better. Again thank you for your response. I appreciate it.
@@EmorettaRobinsonI have venous insufficiency, likely as a result of DVTs in both legs. I bought a rebounder yesterday. Bounced last night and today and am loving it! I specifically bought it for my circulation. 🤞 it works!
@@littleboots9800 I've had mine for almost 9 weeks. This is the most fun that I've had in a while. It's really been a good workout and very helpful for me. Definitely something I've benefited from.
Now this was helpful! The previous one I watched two on the benefits of browning I appreciate the detail - thank you… I also also have a bungee rebounder and even with knee issues cannot believe how great it is
Holly, thank you for putting the jump space measurements for the Leaps and Rebounders and your remarks of the size in your room. You gave us a lot of good info that I didn’t get from several other videos. I like that it’s actually a pretty rebounder. The JumpSport has a lot of great reviews, but when I watched a video of a man jumping on the 39er” it looked very small and the mat messy. I need soft for ankle joints but do not like to sink. I’m considering the Acon, but wondering if it will be too soft. Could you please comment? Does it feel firm yet soft? Thank you. 🙏
Sorry for my late reply! I find the Acon to be really supportive, yet provides a soft comfortable bounce. When I looked at the videos of the Bellicon, I really think it looks like the bounce is too soft, but I think the Acon has just the right amount of firmness/softness and support when you're jumping. In the future I'll do more videos to compare this one to other rebounders. I'm going to be comparing to the BCan next. I have a feeling the Bcan bounce is more firm. I can relate to the way you're researching this because it is so important to find one that is supportive - not too soft and not too firm. You may want to check on the Acon's refund policy - just in case you have any issues, hopefully they will honor a refund. You asked if it feels firm yet soft - and for me it does. Firm, but not "too" firm - similarly, "soft" but not too soft. I hope that makes sense!
Hahaha. I just bought my first rebounder (I purchased the leaps and rebounder). I set it up last night and I have two cats and all I thought about was what a perfect scratcher and bed it will be. I placed the boxes on top. I guess I’ll try the blanket. Every piece of furniture in my house has a blanket. Lol. I bought mine because I used to walk a couple miles a day but many days are missed due to weather….too hot….too cold. I’m 70++ (closer to 80) so I got the T-bar. Never had a trampoline before. I didn’t want a bike. No room for it. I hope I use this since I’m sure it will be beneficial.
Hahah this is relatable. I have to do the same! I have things to protect all the furniture in my house and now more blankets to cover these up. :) I really hope you like your rebounder. It helps to find some routines on TH-cam to follow. I wouldn't want a bike either.
I have the Acon Hexagon. It is heavy but I love it! And it's very nice looking. I did purchase the Bellicon Online Training platform which has great workouts! I am able to bounce at the same rate as the instructors that are using Bellicons.
I wanted to get another great rebounder like Acon (was doing reserch as well, a ton of it) but couldn't find any that folds up like Bellicon, so I ended up getting a Bellicon just because of that. :) My cats used to sleep on it, it was a lounge place, never a scratch but they never scratched anything else in the house too. :) hehehe
My cheaper rebounder (the BCan) actually folds up. I really like that one even though the bounce is firmer than the Acon and I am sure it's much firmer than a Bellicon. I still love it though. :) That's great your cats don't scratch anything!
@@LifeDIY Wow. Just found the bcan foldable!! THanks for sharing. I am guessing that Bellicon holds some patent on the foldable legs + bungee cords still as s a few years back it was only Bellicon with bungies and now we have a bloom of them, just without the foldable legs. :) (yep the kitties were little angels, just cardboard scratchers destroyers and they used that special pine tree litter that is used for horses in stalls usually with the sink through mechanism -- I'll find a link if you haven't heard about it. It doesn't spread and is easy to clean, and when it is new it smells like trees.) :)
Looks like a very soft bounce to the point of almost touching the floor when bouncing? I am looking for a medium bounce. This rebounder only had TWO reviews on Amazon and they were not good.
Bravo, Holly! I brought up before (maybe the "deleted comment") about rebounders. My question is did you have the least trouble in assembling it? Do you know if it even needed assembling? 25 years ago I bought an el cheapo Walmart brand that was next to impossible to assemble without the right tools (sort of like trying to disassemble your brakes and brake pads and reassembling them without the right tools) : ) Anyway, I've always heard a rebounder did wonders for High Blood Pressure for reasons I am not sure of, except that it does wonders for the Lymphatic System which in turn greatly helps with your White Blood Cells (and thus your immune system) !!!! I've heard rave health results from rebounding and will definitely give it a try again. Thanks!
Hey Paul! I'm so happy to see your comment here. I thought I did such a thorough video, but I totally forgot to talk about assembly!!! I should have taken some video footage of how it's packaged and setup. It was not assembled, but it was not too hard to setup as the instructions were super clear. I did have to attach the bungees and it was a little bit of an arm workout, but not horribly difficult, but that depends on the person. I asked my son to help and he was busy and couldn't, so I did it myself and it was ok but a little tough. Here's a video on how to assemble the one I bought: th-cam.com/video/ZsD4C5OVT3k/w-d-xo.html. I know that some rebounders do require tools to assemble but this one didn't. Yeah it's great to hear that rebounding can help with blood pressure, which is such a big issue for people nowadays. I am so glad you're going to give it a try! Since I did this video, I noticed one other brand that might be a good option and it's called BCan. It's cheaper than this one and I am kind of curious about it. The weight of their product is just about 5 lbs less than this one I bought and it has a human weight limit that is much higher (450+) so it makes me think it would be a sturdy, decent product. I'm not sure how soft the bounce will be though. I'll create a pinned comment to mention that! I hope you have a beautiful week, Paul!
@@LifeDIY Thanks, Holly!! That sounds simple enough. As long as doesn't need special tools I'm good! I'll check out the research on rebounders and get one!
How are the bungee cords doing are they showing any signs of wear and tear ? Also I really really want to buy the same one you have im just hoping it super bouncy and fun and last long please get back with me thanks
They bungee cords look great - the exact same as when I bought it! This seems like a very high quality long-lasting product. I believe they have a warranty too. :)
I just got the Denise Austin one and it has the rebounder in btwn the bars. Was $150 easy to move around. Was just looking at hsn and it popped up. I feel way more secure with the handles. Doesn’t move
Been following a few websites. Shoes or no shoes. I just ordered yoga grip socks from Amazon so I have those when the rebounder arrives. I don’t know what I will like. Grip socks are mentioned often.
You're welcome! I saw that one being promoted a lot too. But, I am so happy I got this one. I'm also curious about the quality of the Bcan and Leaps and Rebounds.
It does not come assembled. It came with really clear pictures and directions and the bungees were already attached to the middle part. So I think it was pretty easy to put together though it require a bit of strength with the bungees. It wasn't bad though and I'm not the strongest. Here's a really great video showing how to do it: th-cam.com/video/ZsD4C5OVT3k/w-d-xo.html.
Interesting! Thanks for sharing this. I think people can also get incredible results with the BCan, which is a $100 rebounder on Amazon. I almost prefer it over the Acon at this point. I feel like I get a better workout with a rebounder that's a bit more firm.
Since I hike and run, I wasn't sure should I get any benefit from a rebounder, and then supposedly the lymphatic drainage happens only upward and rebounders are better for it than anything else. That was my reason. I can't find actual data that is done on fit people or before and after.... and then another thing is, it is better to jump 10 min a day then not regardless the rest of the activities e.g. with a YT video. :)
i hope you get a bellican and do a review... maybe reach out to them and get a good deal for your viewing audience. in exchange for an honest review..thanks
How has it held up all these years? Would you mind saying how often the bungies need to be replaced? Any plastic break, etc. I’m either going to get this Avon or a Fit Bounce. Torn as to making a decision. Thank you.
I’ve been rebounding since 2003, and it’s always been my go-to choice of exercise. I’m definitely not saying I was consistent with it though. I’ve fallen off the wagon during stressful events in my life, but it’s always how i get back on the wagon. Mine wasn’t super fancy or anything, but I wanted one with the folding legs because I just don’t have all that room in my house. I use a dvd called “Urban Rebounding”. There’s different length workouts on it. I love it!
Thanks for sharing this! A fancy rebounder isn't necessary at all - as long as you use it and it works for you. I recently got a much cheaper one than this one and LOVE it almost more than the other one. I too have so little space so if one has folding legs, that is amazing.
I haven't yet, but I would love to do a review on their rebounder because I know it's another really popular one. I'll keep you posted on it! I'd love to compare it to the BCan.
Thank you so much! I'm on the market for my first rebounder and was told the Leaps and Rebound's bounce was in between the Bcan and Acon. I also saw a few videos saying it was also a little noisy due to the material/flap covering the bungees. I can't wait to hear your review and comparison. 🙂
Thank you for sharing your research’s and opinion with the rebounders I am looking to purchase a rebounder and so many different options I have knee cartilage tears My Chiropractor says it’s not good for people who have knees damages or arthritis
I don't think they have that promo going on anymore and currently I think the most you can get off is $15. us.acon24.com?sca_ref=6450426.UxvbTUoEgnn You can use my code: HOLLYLIFEDIY for $15 off if you like. Thank you!
I was 75 four days ago. I’ve had a rebounder for a few months. I’ve used minimum or zero heel raise shoes for a few years. Watching you bouncing in those trainers induced a silent scream! One of the greatest benefits of bouncing is the gentle sinking of your heel into the soft surface. From another comment here I see that arthritis might make that difficult for some. So I’ll just say that if you can bounce just in your socks, you’ll gain more. Barefoot is the way to go. I did the whole process. When I started running at night (so no-one would see me…”jogging” hadn’t been invented!…) I wore plimsoles as that’s all there was. The Brit Jim Peters was the first marathoner under 2:20 and for the few marathons there were back then, he’d buy a new pair of plimsoles for each. These have very little cushioning. Then Nike Waffle Trainers arrived, then thicker Reeboks and Brooks and for me, finally Asics. Lots of fat midsole. Then Chris McDougall arrived and I was convinced. No more cushioned midsoles. The advantages and gains are undeniable. I know the elite now wear the rebound shoes to set records. But they don’t train in them. They’re mini blades for specific short term use. Bloomin’ clever! Anyway, thank you for rekindling my enthusiasm for bouncing: I’m a sucker for stats and evidence.
Four grand? No you can get a good rebounder for $300. That’s a light investment and I’ve been using mine for five years and I’ve gone through two breast surgeries one back surgery. There’s something called health bound so you just go on and for 1020 minutes, you just bounce gently up and downrebounder is incredible for a woman if you wanna lose fat, especially the middle use a rebounder it’s low impact if you can still go to the gym do that too, but the rebounder will give you the cardio workout. You need without destroying your angles or feet.

Some of the Amazon reviews said it was difficult to put together. For me it was not too difficult as it included a tool to help you attach the bungees - and it made it so much easier.

I totally agree with you on how it impacts the breathing, heart rate, cardio and core (plus lymphatic system). The white hexagonal Acon you got looks amazing and if I had more space, I probably would have gotten that one too!
I love how thorough and detailed your review is!
Thanks so much! I appreciate the nice comment. I hope the video helps.
Thank you for sharing this. I am so happy to hear about the improvements you've had!
I did get the bar and I will be using it to start out with.
I’m so happy that you did this video!! I’ve been looking into rebounding for a while but I haven’t bought on yet. Thank you😊
Thanks, Christine! It was a fun topic to do a video on, and I know it's so hard to decide on which one to buy.
I am addicted to my bellicon, I have been doing workouts with jumped and jacked on TH-cam . Such fun workouts ! I’m going on two weeks !
Looks exciting, thanks for the detail in the jumping. Great motivator 🎉. Thank you😊
Thanks, Graham! 🙏🙂
I few years ago at the gym I went to they offered classes that used these boots that would bounce. I think they were called 'kanga boots' or something to that effect. I'm pretty sure it's the same idea as a rebounder. Maybe an option for someone who had even less room, or if you could imagine, they just wanted to bounce around the house all day. lol
You do good work! I'm always impressed substance and content that you offer.
Thank you! I just looked up Kanga boots. Those look a little dangerous, and fun too!
@@LifeDIY I think that would be an accurate assessment about them being a little dangerous if I owned a pair, but you, I think you would be okay. lol
100% fun though for sure!
excellent product presentation, Holly 👍
Thanks so much!
But I wish I could.☺
I love my bellicon! Totally worth the money. Others I’ve owned did not last. My bellicon looks like it did the first day I received it.
I have the large folding legs Bellicon, and an extra set of bungie straps gifted to me with a different strength. Will be useful as the body weight comes off and my body gets lighter. LOVE IT. LOVE IT, LOVE IT! Very worth the money if you are going to use it. 🍇🍉🍒🥭🍎🍌
thanks for making this video... I live in a condo - does this make a loud sound when you workout?
Thank you! The rebounder I have here makes very, very little noise. If someone lived in an apartment with thin walls and you can hear people walking above you, then you might hear it. But, if it's a condo and someone is next door - I am pretty positive they would not hear a thing! :) It's so quiet.
Bellicon is the best brand hands down. It’s held up amazingly great for over 4 years of daily use now. Best 400 dollars I ever spent.
Best $700 I spent 14 years ago. Still great.
is it portable?
@@DAViDD767 yes! The legs unscrew easily, but I never remove when I move the rebounder. I move it all the time. So easy
Aren’t they like 700 now?
@@cbingham40 yeah they might be a little more expensive actually. However, even if it had cost me 2000 it would have been worth every penny. No other trampoline I’ve tried comes even close. That’s my honest opinion
Now this was helpful! The previous one I watched too on the benefits of rebounding I appreciate the detail - thank you… I also also have a bungee rebounder and even with knee issues cannot believe how great it is
I'm so happy to hear it. Thank you!
THANKYOU FOR SHARING ALL THE INFORMATION ABOUT THE TRAMPOLINE/REBOUNDER! IM GETTING READY TO BUY ONE AND I THINK ILL GET ONE LIKE YOUVE GOT! Thank you, Elaine! I really hope your recovery goes well and I hope the rebounder helps with that. It is a beautiful rebounder! 🙏
>>> 6:57 .. yes, everything turns into a NEW cat bed!😺😸😼
😼 I know, right! :) The cats love making every new item you bring into your home - their new cat bed.
I really like the way you think regarding rebounding and venous insufficiency.
I have the Acon as well- 55 hexagon. It’s amazing!!
That's great to hear! These are beautiful rebounders.
Now this was helpful! The previous one I watched two on the benefits of browning I appreciate the detail - thank you… I also also have a bungee rebounder and even with knee issues cannot believe how great it is
My wife has been interested in getting a rebounder and this is super helpful. BTW, love the "1A defense safe" at 1:23!
Thank you!
We had an Acon 15 foot trampoline. Great product. I can imagine their rebounders are also good.
Nice!!! Yeah they have some great products. The rebounder is really high quality.
Your hair is so gorgeous!!!!
Thank you! 😊
My cat loves the rebounder.
I have the Acon Hexagon. It is heavy but I love it! And it's very nice looking. I did purchase the Bellicon Online Training platform which has great workouts! I am able to bounce at the same rate as the instructors that are using Bellicons.
That's great! I almost bought that one too. That's good to know about the Bellicon workouts. :)
Holly, have you or anyone that bought Acon have any issues with the bungies or straps fraying? Love your review. It’s excellent. Thank you.
I haven't had any issues with any fraying at all.
We don’t need rebounder tips, we need your hair tips!!! ❤
Aww thank you! That's too kind!
Thank you for all your research...by the way you have beautiful hair. I will be purchasing one quickly.
Aww thank you! I hope you love your rebounder. 🙏
(yep the kitties were little angels, just cardboard scratchers destroyers and they used that special pine tree litter that is used for horses in stalls usually with the sink through mechanism -- I'll find a link if you haven't heard about it. It doesn't spread and is easy to clean, and when it is new it smells like trees.) :)
Looks like a very soft bounce to the point of almost touching the floor when bouncing? I am looking for a medium bounce. This rebounder only had TWO reviews on Amazon and they were not good.
Now you need to try a trampoline park❤❤❤
I know! I went to one once a long time ago and it was so much fun, but it's far from where I live. :))
It really does look fun!
Yes! It's very fun, Claudia!
Let me know how it goes!
Don't we get the same results from jumping without a rebounder? Or doing jumping jacks or jump rope.
Thanks, just what I was looking for😊
I just got the Denise Austin one and it has the rebounder in btwn the bars. Was $150 easy to move around. Was just looking at hsn and it popped up. I feel way more secure with the handles. Doesn’t move
Did you try without shoes ? Is that something you'd do or not ?
Yes, you can definitely do it without shoes too. I just tend to wear mine.
Been following a few websites. Shoes or no shoes. I just ordered yoga grip socks from Amazon so I have those when the rebounder arrives. I don’t know what I will like. Grip socks are mentioned often.
Thanks for this video I was going to buy cellersicer but it was too expensive
You're welcome! I saw that one being promoted a lot too. But, I am so happy I got this one. I'm also curious about the quality of the Bcan and Leaps and Rebounds.
I have very low ceilings in my house, it that an injury risk?
Does the acon come assembled or partially? I hear bungees can be a bugger to get on.
I got my bellacon second hand for 300 bucks. Something to consider.
I love my jumpsport 350 pro
How do you create your goals? Remember, no pain, no gain. I like to set the max speed on the treadmill and get everything done in 30 seconds.
i hope you get a bellican and do a review... maybe reach out to them and get a good deal for your viewing audience. in exchange for an honest review..thanks
Thanks! I may just do that. I would love to compare it to the Acon especially. I am really curious about how it differs.
I'm so shocked, I purchased mine in 2003 for $25.00 at Sears in our Mall.
Wow, that's a great price!
Do you think it’s possible to safely play supernatural on a rebounder?
Thank you
Have you tried the Leaps and Rebounds? Would love to hear your thoughts. Thank you.
Try doing it barefoot or wear Xero (barefoot shoes). It'll activate more minute muscles for stability.
Thanks! I'll do that. :)
Xero can be used with cellerciser as well.
Every hour on the hour. Get your steps in amen. Yes

So cute! The pets love it. :)
Please, jump barefoot. You will strengthen your feet muscles for a better effect to the overall body health.
Good point! I do this at times too!
Not everyone can jump barefoot. If you have foot issues such as arthritis it hurts
I can't jump barefoot ... I need support otherwise it hurts too much

This is helpful for me as I plan out equipment to get for our gym.
That's great! I hope you get some of these too. :)
In India none of the popular brands have their presence. Sure, i can buy online but the custom duty is exorbitant.
I am sorry to hear that. :( Have you ever purchased from Temu? I think that might be a good option if the shipping is free.
acon is a Fnnish company
You have such beautiful eyes. 🤎🫠
