Skin color is not going to change in 2-3 generation. This guy is a quack. White Australians haven't turned any darker. Indians in Britain living for 2-3 generations are the same color as their parents were after landing in Britain and living there for over winter. You become shades lighter after living in Britain over a winter as you don't get sun. The Indian children (2nd or 3rd generation) that are a bit lighter after growing up in Britain will revert to the same color their grandparents or great grandparents were after they spend one summer living in Mumbai or Goa.

Australians mostly live under shade and apply sunscreen .you need exposure to sun .that's why even in south india the communities which didn't work in sun developed lighter skin and communities which worked in hot sun developed darker skin .this can be observed in north too .what he is said os completely true. Skin color is based on natural selection.

so we humans generally came from africa and then spread to different parts of the world then adapt with the climate where we started to live and evolve gradually then we get adapted to the area and our genes get slowly modified according to the environment and b/w genetic modification doesn't occur within a blink of an eye it may takes generations after generations. and it doesn't necessarily mean that we all the 8b present came from afica for example the tribes from senital islands and some from sumatrian island ( indonesia ) doesn't have same origin ( maybe there are more tribal people somewhere present in some corner of this world totally isolated whose existence we still don't know may also doesn't have same origin!!! again who knows ) and about his research that he was saying that i haven't got the time to look so i don't know if there is any fishy things in his papers. this is just a small try to make you understand on even though our ancestors were from africa but why there is a hell and heaven difference in our looks. b/w now if you think i am just a random google fact checker who copies everything from internet and you gonna bash me on that then let me tell you i did my graduation in genetics then i wont be replying you anymore. goodbye peace

For example, if we look at black Americans, their lifestyle has improved and how different they look from their African ancestors. They have lighter skin tone than their African ancestors like Barack Obama's ancestors were from Kenya but he looks so different from other Kenyans, his skin is also lighter compared to native Kenyans

Good answer. You could also mention where our genes lead to which is Africa. Therefore is North South comparison is pointless. I am from Punjab. DNA testing shows Pakistan and North India 98.9%, Italy 0.8% and Finland 0.3%. Also 2% Neanderthal genes. We all are mixed in some way.

Nah, doesn't happen in 2-3 generations. South Africa is colder than India, it snows there during winter but they're still darker even though the Bantus went there such a long time ago. The dark skin in Indians comes from AASI, which is present in all Indians and is available all the way to Tajikistan in small numbers like (3%-8%). Even the upper most caste has over 20% AASI which is far greater hunter gatherer ancestry than the WHG ancestry in Europeans. If Europeans had 30-50% Western hunter gatherer ancestry then they too would be dark.

According to this guy , Parsi population settled in west cost of India would have got the skin tone of native fishermen of Mumbai. ( as he told in 3 generations skintone changes if exposed to the new geo conditions. But actually it' takes 100 generations.

Skin colour variation can be found in north-South and west-east in India.Probably bcs native south asian hunter gatherer ancestry increases as you go east and south.North west Indians have higher caucasian hunter gatherer ancestry from central asian steppes.

The Brahmins in South India are of same complexion as brahmins in north India. Yes the britons 8000 years ago were black but the white genetic mutation probably happened in around Steppe area and since Upper cast brahmins have as much steppe gene as an European today it is safe to say that steppe migrations did happen. So Of course there was an influx of outside genes but it happened a lot before like 10000 or so years ago and got mixed with local population.
