OMG, I just made this recipe. Okay so I did it exactly how you did and the cauliflower was to DIE for! I also tried it with broccoli and tofu. All three are fantastic with the breading and bang bang sauce. Here's what I learned. The oven is better than the air fryer. I did both. I used a silicone baking liner for the oven and parchment paper for the air fryer. The silicone baking sheet was perfection. While the parchment paper didn't help it crisp as well as the silicone baking sheet. This dish is crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside with just the right amount of heat! Thank you so much for this recipe.
That's so great. I'm thrilled that you liked it. Also, thanks for the tips on tofu and broccoli. I was already thinking of making it with tofu, but not broccoli. I bet the broccoli is really good. And it's good to know that it's better in the oven then the air fryer.
I can understand why that might make someone fearful. I'll tell you that our ovens generally do not cook at exactly the temperature they say they are at and the only way to be completely sure is to use an oven thermometer. That being said, 450 is the temperature that I have found that makes the cauliflower the perfect crunchiness. You could just keep a very close eye on it or cook it at 425 for the entire time, but will possibly need to cook it a bit longer. Good luck.
My mouth is watering!
They're so good!
This looks really great! ❤
Thank you! 😄
I'm gonna try it!
It's really fantastic. You should try it!

This looks so delicious.
They are so good! It's literally hard not to eat them everyday. 😂
I am trying this recipe but I must say that 450 degrees is a bit high for cooking . I am afraid it will burn before the cauliflower all fully cooked.
