first impression??? maybe read the directions and use enough oil to NOT burn the pop corn

Trun it on frist then add the oil then the popcorn.then after pop add the sugar

It burnt because you didnt flip it upside down right away you cat wait after it's done Poppins you have to put that top on it and flip it over or it will burn you dont have to transfer it into a bowl right away but you do need to flip it off that burner as soon as you shut it off or it will burn I know this cause I have one it's an excellent popper
