Caramel recipe was great I had better luck spreading out the popcorn in a large baking pan I found it easier to mix, and get a more even coating. Thank you for this recipe, it's become a family staple on movie night🎉
There are two type of popcorn: Butterfly & Mushroom. For savory dry seasonings Butterfly is great. For heavier coating such as caramel, chocolate, or candies Mushroom works better. Mushroom is more like a ball and does not break into bits, the way butterfly does. Cheers!
