What's your favourite feature about Wise?
Pls bring back US business wise cards pls@@Wise
Hey there. We understand that you'd like to access our business account's debit card feature ASAP, and we know that this situation isn't exactly ideal.
Having said that, we can assure you of the fact that it's always our aim to introduce and reintroduce our platform's features to new and current countries and regions.
And if you'd already requested the debit card for your business, then we'll make sure to notify you once they're available once more. For more info on this, please have a look at our page here: wi.se/bizcardavailability
And furthermore, please feel free to PM or DM us on Facebook, Instagram, or X in case you have any further questions or concerns. We'd be happy to help you, of course.
I will Get Wise with my next travel!
Hey there. We're happy to hear that! If you’ve finished setting up your account, and got yourself verified, then you can easily order the card from the "Cards“ tab, either on the app or web. The availability of our card depends on your region, but from here: wi.se/getthedebitcard, you can see what steps to take to put your order in.
Feel free to contact us at wi.se/contactus or send us a DM on X, Facebook or Instagram if you have any questions. We'll be happy to help 💚
I love Wise but I'm confused. You mention John about the expense of cash withdrawals from ATMs in Thailand. Are you simply referring to visitors? I've been on a waitlist for a Wise card for months. Has Wise finally added Thailand to their Wise Card options? If not how much longer do we have to be on the waitlist, especially as I'm a prolific user of this awesome platform?
Hey there, Peter. Yes, when we talk about the fees of withdrawals from ATMs in Thailand, we mean visitors of Thailand, because the Wise card isn't available there just yet for residents.
It's great to hear that you're already on the waitlist, though, as you'll be the first to know when this becomes available 💚 We know that having to wait for these features is less than ideal, but we really appreciate your patience and interest in the Wise card.
I am facing issues regarding putting £20 into Wise for getting account details, I am trying my every Pakistani bank card, but none of them is working so far! My wise account is set to UK (for a reason)
Hey, Muhammad. If you're having issues adding to your balance using your debit card, it can be due to multiple reasons such as browser issues, insufficient funds or the payment being declined by your bank. You can see more info on this here: wi.se/problemspayingbycard
Alternatively, you can consider paying via bank transfer. Learn more about the steps at: wi.se/payingbybanktransfer
If you need us to have a closer look at your account, you can message us on our other social media platforms such as Twitter/Instagram/Facebook or via phone and email here: wi.se/contactus

Hi, Wise. How can I receive payments with wise from South Africa? Your app doesn't offer banking details for my rand(ZAR) currency. What are alternatives for me to receive money from South Africa?
Hey there. We're glad to see you're looking into receiving payments through our platform. But our account details feature is indeed not yet available for ZAR balances. To see which currencies you can add, hold, and receive into your account with us, please check out our page here: wi.se/balancecurrencies
Now regarding your options, please note that you could still activate the account details feature for a different currency, such as EUR, GBP, or USD for example. So depending on who's sending you money, and from where, you'd still be able to receive transfers to your account with us this way. And from there on out, you could also convert the received money to ZAR using our conversion tool.
To see how you may activate the account details, go here: wi.se/getbankdetails - and you can see how you can convert money by checking out our other page here: wi.se/moneyconversion
Another alternative would be for you to receive payments internationally directly to your local bank account through our platform via SWIFT, for more info on this method of payment, go here: wi.se/swiftpayments
We hope this explains things to some extent, but please feel free to PM or DM us on Facebook, Instagram or X in case you have any other questions. We'd be more than happy to help you, naturally.
If I had Thai Baht loaded on my card, for example, and made a purchase at an outlet that accepted cards, would that purchase be fee free?
Hey Sean! Yes, there will be no fee from our side if you already have the spending currency on your balance. Should you unexpectedly run out of THB, we'll automatically convert it from another balance with the lowest fee - that's where our fee might come into play.

Wise doesn't provide local account details for JPY as it's depicted on the video.
Hey, Jaime! As explained on the video, if you're in an available region for balances, you can open a JPY balance and add money into it.
However, we don't offer account details for this currency, so you won't be able to receive from others. Check more info here: wi.se/balancecurrencies
Due to platform limitations here, we’re not able to contact you via DM. If you have any other social media accounts like Facebook, X or Instagram, reach out to us there, and we’ll gladly follow up. Or in case you prefer, you can also contact us via email/phone here: wi.se/contactus 🙂

Hey there, we hear you and completely understand that you'd like to use the card there. We're working hard on having the card available everywhere, Raúl.
For now, you can get on our waitlist, and we’ll keep you posted: wi.se/joincardwaitlist
If you have any other questions please don't hesitate to reach out to us on our other social media platforms or via phone and email here: wi.se/contactus
How to I find the free monthly limit?
Hi there. There are limits on how much you can spend with your Wise card and withdraw from ATMs. You can see your limits based on your region here: wi.se/wisedebitcardlimits
You get 2 free withdrawals per calendar month. After your second withdrawal, we’ll charge a small fixed fee per withdrawal. Check what the fees are for your card here: wi.se/withdrawalfees
