That is spot on. Especially with regards to real estate and in central Texas. Its a smart move to get into an investment property right now for sure. Then in 7-10 years, you can put a McLaren in that garage. LOL! Great Video as always.

Sounds like someone I know from the car world lol. The real estate market is absolutely wild right now. But on your point - the way I see it, with solid consistent long term investments it's simply a matter of time before it would be possible to put any car I want in the garage. The small things we do over a long period of time compound. 🔑
