12:15 Someone should draw a map of BotW Hyrule connecting Holodrum and labrynna, considering the "Out of Bounds" areas to be a part of them. The southwest corner of the map would continue as a desert and eventually it would become the Samasa Desert from Holodrum, considering the Samasa desert is connected to the sea, and so is Gerudo desert, so the connection there is very likely. Labrynna could be the land to the east, or a completely different country entirely. Am I the only one who wants to see a world map?

I think the eyeballs are there even though you can't see them to give the sense of him looking. It's an art thing. Even if a a character will have its eyes closes or covered you still block in the eyeballs to help build up the structure to help convey that sense of the character having eyes and pointing in a particular direction. If you don't include them it makes it very difficult to convey that feeling
Hey Shesez. Love this series. Could you do Spongebob Squarepants Battle For Bikini Bottom for the GameCube? Its alot like Mario sunshine, how they create scaled down versions of other parts of the map. Id love to see it!!! Thank you!!

If the consoles didn't have to render that much water everytime, do you think we would see improvement in FPS stability? I mean.. man that's a lot of useless texture to render.
The actual reason is due to an engine issue, the map can only provide the water with one cubemap, which is used for the sun and the sky, this also why the water doesn't actually reflect anything near it. many other engines have this issue like source and quake engine. If they had the water separate only one of them would have a cubemap, meaning it could not reflect anything.
@@asimpleman2611 Thanks for the explanation. I just assumed it had something to do with development efficiency? Like they felt that they could be more productive or creative with world design by having the water already on a "canvas," so to speak. That was just my first theory, lol. So it's cool to know there was a good technical reason
I love this series as it's really interesting to watch to understand how the games are made. You get an idea of what the devs intented, what ideas they had and how they solved different problems. One thing about Breath of the Wild I really thought was strange, was the water-stuff. To have an animated ocean beneath the map and collumns of water rising up to make lakes and rivers..? Really weird. Don't think I've ever seen that in a game before.
they made that so they could easily make water bodies. It also served them great cause botw has this feature where when it rains, the puddles on the ground gets filled up and then evaporates after, so its just a matter of raising up the water level when it's raining.
The underground layer is like reverse Wind Waker, instead of the surface being water and the underwater being land, the surface is land and the underground is water!
xXMetalGrimmXx You can actually see it from the side if you position the camera in the right place and trust me, I thought the same thing. Edit: Oh god it was even worse than I thought. Looks like a lion.
Just decided to go back and rewatch all of the Zelda episodes, and remembered that I commented on one, saying I was excited to see you boundary break Age of Calamity. I'm actually kind of surprised that doesn't exist yet! Hoping you find the time for it at some point, cuz I'd love to see some zoom outs to compare to BotW
Just like you said at the end I believe that The legends of Zelda will always be known as the most iconic games in the history of all gaming. It is a fantastic game that has gone from many generations and hopefully will never end. It is an amazing game and it will be great if it went of literally until the end of time.
I'm dissappointed that you didn't attempt to locate where on the overworld that the Trial of the Sword is. I'm 99% sure it's somewhere far out of bounds because there is no loading screen for it. That must mean that it's in the same world as the overworld so it must be out of bounds somewhere. Perhaps go the Trial of the Sword and then move the camera out of bounds to see if you can find the main overworld. Then see what it looks like from when you in the overworld instead.
You should check out the room you fight Calamity Ganon in before you reach the throne room. You can see the outer wall of it from a passage off of the library. You should also check out the Shiekah pillars around Hyrule Castle.

big fan xD
It's all down hill from here 😧
Thank you so much for the spoiler alert. I recently beat the game so I didn't need it. However as someone who has almost been spoiled by many many ganon fights and end game screenshots without marked spoilers I thank you for being courteous to others (seriously some people just have no shame)
11:00 I wouldn't be able to take looking at a completely different world like that one, just so surreal..
Those bottomless pits lead to chasms in totk hehe
Hey Shesez. Love this series. Could you do Spongebob Squarepants Battle For Bikini Bottom for the GameCube? Its alot like Mario sunshine, how they create scaled down versions of other parts of the map. Id love to see it!!! Thank you!!
Sierra Gonzales I second this! BFBB would make a great episode.
He's said he will do it on twitter, no idea when though
For real? I just figured out I wasn't following him on Twitter. Haha that's exciting
Sierra Gonzales that would we cool to see!
+Sierra Gonzales
Thank you for being awesome and mentioning my favorite childhood game!
Please Shesez, do a boundary-break for Spongebob Squarepants Battle for bikini bottom.
Honestly, Battle for bikini bottom could give a lot of other good 3D platformers a run for their money. I went back and played it this summer, It just holds up really well.
In low poly zora's domain, some of the waterfalls are purple.
Lillie and Nebby yeah koolaid
Welcome to the finale episode of boundary break
*HEART ATTACK*
Just kidding
*comes back alive*
Don't scare me like that ;-;
4:30 You'd be surprised to see this in Tears of the Kingdom
11:00 when upgrades his outfit to FIVE stars and realises he can use his cap as a chopper-style rotor blade while using the master sword as a piloting stick.. becoming a human helicopter.......
...no...
wait..... y'all ready for this..?
..
.....
...A Hylicopter...!! :D:D:D:D:D.....
.....ok sorry for that....
If the consoles didn't have to render that much water everytime, do you think we would see improvement in FPS stability? I mean.. man that's a lot of useless texture to render.
Kahlo kahlow yes sure
water as 1 object vs several water entities
@@anusman7235 What if the water being one object made caves harder to happen in BOTW?any water above you would fuck up any cave bellow it)?
"Calamity Ganon's egg sack?" D: Man, Zelda has changed lol
Vilia looks like a fierce drag queen under that veil, those purple lips tho, yass!
Boundary break: "guess which character has eye balls"
Me: Its the Deku tree isnt it. Please tell me its not the Deku tree
The underground layer is like reverse Wind Waker, instead of the surface being water and the underwater being land, the surface is land and the underground is water!
Lol I already seen under the ground because I randomly got glitched under the ground
GabeTB Cool me too!
I feel like the door at 6:35 will be used in the next DLC in some way.
Edit: Great video!
JoJoXGamer I know right
JoJoXGamer i know right
I know right
JoJoXGamer that won't happen.

The intro alone made me subscribe. Awesome video!

The Legend of Shesez: Break of the Boundary
omg it's crazy that one area inside the deku tree's mouth was actually used for something in tears of the kingdom instead of being filled up
I would love to see the camera taken out to view everything in the trials of the sword world.
My game of the year being boundary broken?!?!?! Channel of the year as well.
i regret seeing villa's face
This so much
I almost screamed when I saw it
I'm not even exaggerating when I say I was actually horrified, thank you nintendo for hiding that from us jesus christ
xXMetalGrimmXx You can actually see it from the side if you position the camera in the right place and trust me, I thought the same thing.
Edit: Oh god it was even worse than I thought. Looks like a lion.
xXMetalGrimmXx that was nightmare fuel
It looks like Panthro wanted a new life :P
Ya missed the Trial of the Sword. Supposedly there's something interesting beyond the walls in there...
Tess Verres Ohoho by jolly gum there is!
There is something crazy
Theres a big mountain
@Jack Becker You can go out of bound when fighting the Stalnox. Theres a huge mountain outside
@@jmabma5211 umm I can go out of bounds in begining trials level 1
I’m glad your channel gets ads on literally every video I watch of yours. That’s a good thing. Keep up the awesome content, man! #Shesez
Trey Lockwood word
Just decided to go back and rewatch all of the Zelda episodes, and remembered that I commented on one, saying I was excited to see you boundary break Age of Calamity. I'm actually kind of surprised that doesn't exist yet!
Hoping you find the time for it at some point, cuz I'd love to see some zoom outs to compare to BotW
AYONE ELSE SPOT THE YIGA APPEARING AT 0:47?
Link be like "oh hell no"
yes on the right side
How on earth did you see that??
0:18 dont you dare pull that shit on me again

Great job Skoolzout1!
Benjadude Thanks! :3
Just like you said at the end I believe that The legends of Zelda will always be known as the most iconic games in the history of all gaming. It is a fantastic game that has gone from many generations and hopefully will never end. It is an amazing game and it will be great if it went of literally until the end of time.
Therapist: jelly leg link isn’t real, he can’t hurt you
Jelly leg Link: 10:11
I'm dissappointed that you didn't attempt to locate where on the overworld that the Trial of the Sword is. I'm 99% sure it's somewhere far out of bounds because there is no loading screen for it. That must mean that it's in the same world as the overworld so it must be out of bounds somewhere. Perhaps go the Trial of the Sword and then move the camera out of bounds to see if you can find the main overworld. Then see what it looks like from when you in the overworld instead.
Yo dude, can you maybe do a boundary brake of the PS3 game “Journey“? It's one of my favourite games with some really impressive level design
Nintendo left that hole in the deku tree’s mouth in totk as a side quest
You should check out the room you fight Calamity Ganon in before you reach the throne room. You can see the outer wall of it from a passage off of the library. You should also check out the Shiekah pillars around Hyrule Castle.
I love that from 11:18 and on you can just hear sounds of utter chaos in the background lmao
Oh my god, my heart sank when he said final episode....
