- Elvis Presley live in Tupelo Mississippi
The footages is from his Tupelo concert September 27th, 1957, with his Golden Suit. The sound you hear is from his Tupelo concert September 26th, 1956. Enjoy !
This is Elvis in his prime! A Pure charismatic TALENTED Rockstar! awesome!!
What you see is history being made. No singer ever got up and shook and gyrated the way Elvis did. Notice the audience reaction. They are practically on the verge of rioting. He was rock-n-rolls first rock star. They'll never be another one like him. He was and is THE KING OF ROCK-N-ROLL.
This is obviously the greatest man in music to have ever lived.
i love how elvis' mom and dad are just sitting there taking it all in while the girls are screaming and creating mass hysteria
yes, it doesn't matter. Nice to have young Elvis fans...........so that Elvis lives on. Welcome to Elvis' world.
There will never be anybody better, impossible.
He was the birth of Punk Rock and just about everything else.
Justin beaver, Robin's thin, and Mylee Montana really need to watch this! This is what a "real" artist does.
Rumor has it that those seats are still wet today.
Pacster17 come on !!
Pacster17 jajajaja
I pissed myself laughing
You gotta love Vernon and Gladys at :57. They're just thinking, "What in the world have we created?" hahaha
@ 0:58 still one of the sweetest moves I've ever seen...EVER!! Freakin' love that!
The one and only KING of rock and roll and greatest performer, EVER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I don't care what kind of dance moves they have created since the 50's....the move Elvis does at 0:59 is STILL one of the coolest moves I've ever seen!!
Easily the best. It beats all that synchronized dancing crap that singers do today and all that other junk.
Elvis was the right caracter at the right time!!!
I love the way Elvis gets into his music and the emotion he puts into it. Thats why he is a Legend and will always be remembered. I think it is why people love him so much. He has given people so much happiness. He still is years after his passing. Thats a true legend.
You said it so well!👍🎶🎤♥️
Amen 🙏🙏🙏 to that.
You can't even hear him over the screaming girls (lol)….forever the king of music.
I think that the people that don't like Elvis are just JELOUSE of him cause his so sexy and he's got everything that they wish he had
That`s Elvis, real Elvis, real rock and roll!. Great video!
that cat could MOVE...greatest vocalist and performer ever, and he IS the KING of rock and roll !!!
I'm an Elvis fan. I couldn't help but notice that the audience members all seem to have a thing against holding their applause until the end.
Elvis may be gone, but he won't be forgotten. His music will live forever.
In the world of music, Elvis was the perfect storm.
Born in a two room shot-gun house with no indoor plumbing, he had big ears and heard something no one else heard. He had the gonads to share it with the world.
Never have I seen such charisma and energy out of an artisin my life. Nor the extotionate amount of frenzied women, no artist has, or ever will top that, it is just not possible to better what Elvis Presley accomplished. Elvis was and remains a true legacy, the amount of energy and magnetism he generated in his performances all through his life, was just phenominal. Rest In Peace, and live on in our hearts forever-Elvis Presley.
Elvis was the one who brought that brand of music to the spotlight, It took Elvis to do that, Bill Hayley kinda got the ball rolling, but it was Elvis that took it and slam duncked it!!! There has been no one since that has done what Elvis did. And Elvis was just being himself, mixing together all he was influeneced by, and singin his heart out!!! Elvis was the wake up call everyone was waiting for!!!!
Elvis really made his parents proud sitting in the audience. He had Pure confidence in his refined performance. The band was on Fire with Scotty Moore on guitar 🔥🎙🥁🎸
My Dad, Hank Garland, playing the guitar! :)
RIP all Headphone users at the beginning of the video!!
The Gold Lame Suit in '57 was my favorite, so awesome. Elvis Presley still knocks every new singer today out of the park!!
Gold lame suit?!?!
@@bravesoul5743 Pronounced "la-MAY"
Elvis is the greatest entertainer of all time and no one comes close or ever will.
The parents xD
Good. We all are no. 1 Elvis fan. Just keep it that way.
OMG I LOVE HIM SO MUCH
Absolutely. I'd scream, I'd cry, and eventually I'd charge the stage!!
wow so much more talent than anyother performer ever, thank you elvis
I can dance just like this..........after a few sip of the Budweiser
I can dance like Elvis when I’m not drinking😂
I have a friend who has always been Beatles, Beatles Beatles since the 60`s. She went to Memphis, Graceland, Sun studios and Tupelo with me, guess who she is into now and it aint the Beatles, she now says she wishes she had gotten into Elvis years ago as she feels she has missed out all these years.

He is so so good. Wish I was there to witness it. I would have been very happy.
Still love Elvis after 47 years.
Elvis has never left the building!
Elvis was the king!
He had a perfect style of singing. He was gifted and good dancer. So MJ´s fans stop comparing them! There´s no way.
LOVE it!!!! He is still the King!
Without Elvis, all the rest of us,combined, couldn't have made rock and roll (Buddy Holly) ----No Elvis=No Rock and Roll (John Lennon)...enough said :-(
ELVIS KING OF MUSIC
There would be no Elvis without Sun Records founder Sam Phillips. He had the vision that led to the success of Elvis, Johnny Cash, Carl Perkins, Jerry Lee Lewis.
Yes. I totally agree!
I have loved Elvis ever since I was a little girl and I still do!!!
Come back Big E we miss you :(:(:(
Elvis could MOVE, as well as SING...which is why he is the greatest entertainer ever and is ALWAYS the king of rock and roll !!!
Seriously combine every girl in this video into one and you have me
great performance
@pooheadrusty2387 That's right. Here's another quote: “That’s my idol, Elvis Presley. If you went to my house, you’d see pictures all over of Elvis. He’s just the greatest entertainer that ever lived."
-Eddie Murphy
The King - only King
Awesome footage here. Would be willing to bet that Elvis, with his self-taught guitar, has inspired more musicians than any soulless shredder ever could.
🌠🕺🌠ELVIS FOREVER🌺👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

The girls are crazier for Elvis in 1956 than they are today.
Kids, tell your grandmas to keep it down a bit....we want to hear The King, in his hometown of Tupelo, Mississippi. Wearing his famous gold jacket...and just watch Elvis MOVE !!! The greatest entertainter/performer of ALL TIME !!!!!!!!!!
On this day in 1956 {July 1st} Elvis Presley performed "Hound Dog" on the NBC-TV show 'The Steve Allen Show' {Sunday at 8:00 PM}...
One month later on August 4th it entered Billboard's Hot Top 100 chart; eventually it, along with the flip-side "Don't Be Cruel", peaked at #1 {for a total of 11 weeks} & spent over a half-year in the Top 100 {28 weeks}

On this day in 1952 {August 13th} Willie Mae {Big Mama} Thornton recorded the original version of "Hound Dog", it reached #1 {for 7 weeks} on the Billboard's R&B chart...
And four years later in 1956 RCA Records released Elvis Pesley's version; and along with the flip side, "Don't Be Cruel", it reached #1 {for a total of 11 weeks} on Billboard's Best Sellers chart and spent over a half-year on the Top 100 {28 weeks}...
R.I.P. to Big Mama and The King...
@loverofmusic702 because i's the feeling and energy that makes u move. for example if you win a lottary, or a project u made is a winner, u cry because of the joy and excitement. that's what elvis did and still does to us,to fans. When I hear him or see him on tv, dvd etc. the charisma and movements, voice makes you feel, u are in a special place not on earth and that thing makes you VERY VERY HAPPY. like alcohol, drug you may call it. ELV1S started the whole thing.
On this day in 1956 {July 2nd} Elvis recorded "Hound Dog" and "Don't Be Cruel" at the RCA Studios in N.Y.C.; it also was the 1st time the Jordanires sang back-up for him...
And on that very same day Ed Sullivan contacted Col. Parker about having Elvis appear on his CBS-TV Sunday night program, it was the day after Elvis was on NBC-TV's 'The Steven Allen Show' {eventually a contract for three appearances for $50,000 was signed}...
i like the way that his dance in this video very good :-)
