I've got 0V between neutral & the wire & a varying voltage between 50-100V between neutral & terminal 3.
I have a uf-02 error on my control panel & the h3p light on solid on the outside unit.
Indoor unit has both flashing lights (both are labled HAP though)

My unit sometimes only last 15 mins before the error & other times it last all evening.
