So just to put this straight, a lot of NCD come together with low K2, we find K2 primarily in foods like fat cheese and other milkproducts , eggs and meat, but we have been told not to eat these, because they were said to be causing these illnesses. Trust the science. Thank you for taking youre time to create these contents
Thank you so much for this articulate insight into vitamin K2. This video is the best on the topic on TH-cam by far! Just to clarify all MK7 is not synthetic is that correct?
I'm into bodybuilding, and a friend of mine had very bad calcium score on his heart due to anabolic steroids. He got his score down to ZERO by mega dosing vitamin k2(mk4) 25milligrams, k2(mk7) 0.5milligram and k1 5milligram twice per day. Not sure if it is harmful or risky in other ways to take too much vitamin k but it cured his plaque. Milligram is not a typo, usual supplements are in mcg
I thank you so very much for such unbiased information. I trust your information very much. Is it possible you coukd state a good brand of K2. Thanks much and God bless you.
Hi great video, Thank you. Q - if one has a little calcification in some arteries & an organ, can/will vitamin K2 (mk7) supplementation remove it over time ? Thank you
You are welcome! To answer your question, yes Vitamin K2 can definitely help. Studies however suggest that the people that experience the most benefit are usually people who are at the most risk. This does not mean that people with a relatively lower risk will not benefit. Here is a quote from a study I was reviewing recently: “Findings from this 10-year population-based study indicated that eating foods rich in natural Vitamin K2 (at least 32 mcg/day) resulted in 50 percent reduction of arterial calcification, 50 percent reduction of cardiovascular risk, and 25 percent reduction of all-cause mortality.” Here is the link to the whole study. www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7238900 Wish you all the best and highly recommend that you speak to your doctor before making any changes, since this information is not meant to be medical advice.

Funny, because man has been eating such things for thousands of years. Modern " Food" is not food.
Thank you for this very informative video. You covered so many of my questions about Vitamin K. Much appreciated.

My pleasure.
Mr. Kwanu, I am told Vitamin K2 [Mk-7] should be taken with Vitamin D3 and vice versa. May I have your comment please.
