It’s definitely a large firebox. I think I can easily get a full facecord in there no problem. One day I will throw a facecord in and see how long that lasts. Haha.
I did not think the water would heat up that fast. Especially, at 60 degrees to start. Looking forward to how much she eats and the performance. Congrats.
I was pretty impressed myself. I thought it would take twice as long. My g series sure took longer with half the water. Tomorrow’s video I will go over the first 24hrs.
Sometimes, pumps will stick if they dry out. You may be able to turn the impeller by hand to free it up. When they are not in water, they can rust and stick. It is best to keep them wet when you take them out of service for a couple of days.
Yeah I should have done that. I was able to spin the impeller and now it’s good to go. Something’s I overlook. Lots going on. Life needs to slow down for me a little. Haha
Congratulations on new wood stove. What a monster. Wow!!! My door is 2 ft by 2 ft and I thought it was huge what’s yours. ???? Interested in seeing that remote instrument review. That’s cool. Great video and have a great week sir.
The door on mine is 42x30. Huge. So far I think I have the sensors dialed in. It’s awesome. Not that I need it. But I like to see the cycle times for how I load and what species I put in for burn times.
That’s so cool to have that many BTU available. I put a garden hose spicket that screwed into brass tee. The tee I installed on return line at boiler. I crack it to bleed air if need be and to see if pumps pushing boiler water. I used it awhile back to discharge boiler water with a garden hose. My boiler water needed diluted. Chemicals I added was to strong. It was nice getting water away from boiler and not around all the electrical components. Super easy install. Once again congratulations on your purchase.
I feel the same as well. It’s just massive. Anyone who stops over to take a look just laughs at the size. But I smile because of the heat capacity I can now supply. Is pushing me now to get the bigger kiln built and the do a lot of my garage set up to make her more efficient. Love this stuff
Next video I make on the boiler I will talk more about my sensor set up. It works perfectly. At anytime I can see what the temps are and not have to go out there. It’s pretty sweet.
I forgot I could do that. I ended up taking the pump off and eventually taking that screw out and manually turned the impeller and boom. Works just fine now.
Finally catching this video! that boiler is a beast! I’m jealous of that firebox hahaha I thought mine was large LOL

I think that small pipe is for shaking the grates. Gives a little more leverage
Late last night it just dawned on me that is what it is for. I was like ding ding.

I can’t wait to see what she does under load. It will be interesting to see how fast it recovers when you fire up the kiln.
Some pretty crazy results so far. Video tomorrow I will be talking about it.
That small bar is to fend off varmints in your firewood stash. 🙂
That would definitly work

Another excellent video!
Thank you
The door opening on that is insane.
It really is. I love it. I literally open the door and just take wood and throw it in. No more fine tuning how the wood lays in there.
Trees to Firewood/Crematorium Services? I swear that thing gets bigger each time you show it. Nice video showing the progress in getting it running 👍

Looks great , hope u get the pump worked out
Pump is fixed now. Thank god. Kiln back up and running.
That's the extension handle for the shaker grates
It sure is. It dawned on me late last night. And I was like yep that’s what it is for.
800 thousand btuh is insane. Excited to hear how she works
Yeah it’s crazy. So far I believe the ratings.
The bar is for the shaker grates, slides over the stub by the ash drawers
Yep it sure does. Thanks
Longer handle for the shaker I would think.
Yes it is. I thought about it randomly late last night as was like yep that’s what it is for.
About 6 inches
I shake mine down. Maybe every 2 weeks if you do it more, you lose a lot of your Ashes and hot coals in - Pan and it will go out
That’s good to know. How high of an ash bed do you keep it at?
I’d like some info on the censors you are using? I was thinking of trying to do something similar to monitor my C375

Crack that screw in the center of the motor loose with the valves open to let the air out of the pump. I bet it’s just air locked.
I forgot I could do that. I ended up taking the pump off and eventually taking that screw out and manually turned the impeller and boom. Works just fine now.
When I get these MF-20,000 in , my wife calls them Hansel and gredal stoves you could fit a horse in there Lol
Haha. Yeah they are absolutely huge. What do your customers use them for? Multiple buildings/homes?
@@Treestofirewood they purchase them mostly for commercial green houses
