Garlic Butter Chicken Breast in the oven. Simple and delicious!

- Ingredients:
Chicken breast - 500 g.
Salt
Black pepper
Sweet peppers
Dry garlic
Dried parsley
Butter - 2 tbsp.
Olive oil - 2 tbsp.
Lemon juice - 2 tbsp.
Let the chicken breasts marinate for 30 minutes.
❗️❗️Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes beforehand so that they don't burn❗️
Bake for 20 - 25 minutes at 200 - 220 °C, then turn over and bake for another 10 minutes at 200 - 220 °C.
This dish can also be prepared in a frying pan and fried for 15 minutes until golden brown on all sides.
Brush the cooked chicken breast with melted butter, garlic and parsley.

Cutting the chicken correctly and loading onto the kebab sticks as shown is crucial. The marinade you can play around with yourself. You can also cook this on a BBQ although it needs a little skill. Thank you for posting. Music was good too.

Good recipe. But I have two suggestions, I would line the bottom of pan with foil or parchment paper for easy clean up. fat drips and smells and sticks to pan. Also make sure u space out the two skewers when putting chicken on, I put my two skewers next to each other and had hard time keeping skewers from staying in place when turning over.

You won’t regret it. We made it today and served it over mexican seasoned rice. Abd og, don’t miss out on including the English Pudding batter to go underneath the roasting chicken bits. We did it and was Fabulous! Wait for the chicken to drip first for 10 minutes then pour the batter and continue cooking for the entire time required for the chicken. Turning the skewers before last 10 minutes will give room for the pudding to puff up and brown. Serve it with your favorite sauce Or, brush the bread with garlic butter and sprinkle cheese on top. 😍

The kababs look so delicious, and very similar to how we made here. Except that we use a tandoor (local barbecue) and you are baking in oven.
I like your simple recipe. I don’t have a tandoor so baking like this would be easier. Will definitely make this, perhaps with bell peppers, onions and carrots mixed with chicken. Thank you for the recipe and for the to the point video.
