Burst is very important for her cryo application if you're not building for her shield and only her cryo application as she she gets nightsoul points and her pillow keeps attacking off-field for your Pyro onfielder to melt effectively

with good enough substats, having ~50% crit rate she can NUKE, i've done 300k dmg with not fully build citlali. (full em artifacts)

She would only boost Xiangling and Bennet damage, not Ganyu so I don't think Citlali would be very useful in this team.

No cause lyney is a mono pyro dps. You lose about 60% more damage if you are using melt lyney
She improves melt damage, i doubt he loses 60% damage tho
