Steam Train at Sheringham, Weybourne and Kelling Heath, Norfolk #train #heritagerailway
Something different for me to film today. The steam train Black Prince on the Poppy Line . A 5 1/4 stretch of heritage railway in North Norfolk from Sheringham to Holt.
In this film, I visit Sheringham, Weybourne Station and Kelling Heath. Making the most of the heathland, I film the heather and birds too.
The remains from a large Heath fire in 2019 can still be seen. Possibly an ember from the steam train caused it.
I plan to film more places around Norfolk in future, aswell as the Broads. The Broads will always be my main subject and roughly once a month, I’ll include a new place to visit, that I’ve not included before.

That was such a wonderful film showing the trains and to hear the train chugging away as it gathered power as it approached was amazing. I hope you had a great day filming it as much as I enjoyed watching this. I went on this line when I first moved to Norfolk back in 1978! I also go to Sheringham every year for the Beer Festival which they have on the platform which is always a joy to attend.

Hi Leasa Vicky and I have been on this railway twice we love it. Did you ride the rails if not you should, the view from the carriages is great with good views towards the sea and you would get better film with your camera than I did. I really enjoyed this and I might take Vicky on again when we are down your way in 2 weeks time..

Now i liked this video, love to see a train , be it a steam engine or or a classic diesel and to top it off a USAF jet fighter... F-35 Lightning II if i'm not mistaken, from Mildenhall, a great idea to expand your filming area...
