I don't remember being this excited for a WSBK season! Even more so than 2021.
As a #54 fan the overall results may have not been satisfactory the last couple of years but the racing at the top of the field has been a pleasure to watch.
Wishing all the riders the best and can't wait for the season to start!

@steveboyle6891 but is that bad? I mean its equal bike/rider weight when ducatti has had ez few tenths advantage. I mean Spain last yr was tough to watch. Toprak out racing Alvaro but him getting passed on straight every lap

Yamaha did him dirty, how? TopRak left Yamaha for BMW. Hoping to find more top speed in the straights. Where he's been getting passed by Bautista most every lap.

@@StefanMedici a non well functioning Yamaha as reference? Puhh.. And also he is too tall for a GP bike.. Skillwise absolutely good enough, espacially on a KTM I think.
@@kennethgez461 it wasn't a diss on Toprak. I'm old enough to remember how Edwards (probably the best of the bunch), etc did going from WSBK as champions to MotoGP. Going the other way seems to be much easier, Biaggi, Bautista etc. Hell even Simoncelli got a podium in his second ever race on a 4 stroke as a wildcard replacement.
My opinion, as much as Toprak would have loved to be in the GP paddock, he'd have hated being a points scorer. This new BMW challenge in a paddock he knows well is much more up his alley.

Toprak Razgatlioglu will be the man to beat. But I will be cheering for Jonathan Rea, too, get back on the podium. He won't be a match for "Razgatlioglu," but I like to see a few first places for Rea. Also, I'd like to see Axel Bassani kawasaki, with a few wins. Axel is just super cool 😎.

I'm 100% yamaha although toprak broke my heart when he left as he's my guy. I do like JR and loca and while i don't support alvaro, he is fast and he is good person, very respectful and im just so excited for this season. Top 2 will be rae and toprak in any order.
Now we will see what the BMW can really do with toprack at the controls, it’ll be down to if he can keep tires on the thing for race distance.
This year, the competition looks pretty high and diverse, with the former champions (Bautista, Toprak, and Rea) being challenged by strong pilots from other categories (Bulega, Iannone) and possible outsiders (Locatelli, Bassani). Let's see...

The organisers really want to ditch that god awful intro music. It's like a funeral dirge and doesn't reflect the sport well.

Being from Lincolnshire will support both Alex and Sam Lowes but not much chance of winning the title. I hope Ducati win it again Alvaro ìs the only one who can win consistently on it and he's been penalised for it this year so I hope he wins it again. Not a fan of Arse crack or Rea so enjoyed last 2 years. Can the commentator be replaced on TNT because he is obviously biased towards Rea you don't have to keep reminding us how many times he won on a bike developed by Tom Sykes couldn't cut the mustard in Moto.gp though.
