At 18:05, I think I noticed something additionally interesting about the play that sprung Bowers on the 3rd and 1.
When Bowers came off the line, the initial angle of his route and where he was facing made it look like he was going to block the safety. It's just another layer of what was going on that made the cornerback not realize the route until it was too late.

I’ve noticed our WR have improved so much blocking on those behind the line passes. Thing is, they are getting rewarded for the blocks later by getting touches too. Love this seeing this team evolve in real time.

My confession. I never doubted Boboken. Anyone with a shred of logic wouldn't. I did, however, have great concerns for Carson right up to the Auburn game. I really think Boboken needed to see the same thing I needed to see. Carson Beck IS that dude even in the face of horrendous pressure in a terrifying environment on the road! I saw it. Boboken saw it too. Result? Against Kentucky he pulled the governor off the offense and slapped on a Nitrous Oxide kit saying to Carson "Ok kid, show me what you got against one of the best defenses in the SEC!" Now, to borrow a phrase from an old TV show I used to love, "I pity the fool" who thinks they can stop the offense that confounded us for the first few games of this season. And that "3 Peat" thing that I thought was a pipe dream a couple of weeks ago? Well, let's just say it this way! DOD, year 3! Yeah, it's very much on!!! "Giddy-Up"!!!
Beck reminds me so much of Matt Ryan. Can run it when he chooses but isn’t necessarily the most athletic. Cannon of an arm. Good processor. Good size. POTENTIAL 💯
please don't reference the Foulcans in the same sentence together with anything UGA. Matt Ryan sucks, the birds suck, but UGA is solid.

I hate him as much as the next falcons guy for kinda losing us a SB by taking sacks and all. But he’s still a fine QB. They’re also similar size and have similar traits 🤷🏽♂️

Bama wins out beats UGA in the SECC. Georgia very well could miss the playoff with one loss.
With that said, Carson to Rara on those back shoulder fades takes this offense to a whole new level. A level that can score 38-45 on Bama's stellar defense. We need to hit that more and more and make it known to all of college football that it's something we can do.
I think a few of those bad blocks was on Dom Lovette. Crazy how much we miss Darnell and AD’s blocking ability outside and on the edge.
If the OL continues to play this well, I would venture to say that Beck's best football this season is still in front of him.
It definitely is. People don't understand the difference between practice reps and game reps. It's been 4 years since beck started a game. Of course it was going to take time. Come November he'll look like one of the top qbs in college.
We might see beck and bowers in New York this year if they keep it up.

@@TheFilmGuyNetwork yeah fam, I understand, but Pennix and Williams are outstanding at processing, don’t get me wrong Beck is good, but its his 1st year as a full tine starter! but to say he’s the best is in college football, based solely off the Kentucky game is false! I’ve looked and reviewed all Georgia’s game!! Williams and Pennix are both 2 year starters that can process at a high level, I would also add Maye into the equation as well!

It was there, but we are talking about Beck only starting a few games. Plus some drops, some missed stuff and more importantly the line not holding up. And num 50 on Auburn is a stud.
