Take a shot every time daniel jones is sacked
Not trying to die of alcohol poisoning, sorry.
I like how after the out of bounds hit on Herbert, Crosby threw his arms up "Like goddammit dude why?"
Really pointless hit. Intentional too, he never let up just came full speed. Maybe something personal against him or the organization seeing as how he used to play for them.
@@MrBigShot110For once they got it right with that ejection. No reason for him to stay in the game after that.
They said former teammate so maybe personal
If the NFL is so invested in player safety maybe they should start penalizing offensive players for lowering THEIR helmet and giving defensive guys no "strike zone"
“Welcome back Jamal Adams!” 5 minutes later: “Adams is staggered…”
Dude was acting like he's that guy, then gets taken out by the QB LMAO!
@@Jskd06 LMAO!
Of the years I played football, no coach ever taught us to make a tackle leading with our head, while staring straight down.
@@thethe-nt1tb never made a shoulder tackle? damn thats crazy in all your years
Surprised Jones did get a flag for a hit to the head of Adams.
LOVE THESE HITS
Crosby watched his teammate land that hit and threw his hands like "really?"
Every hit is a goddamn penalty now.
Exactly man refs ruining the game
Not even football anymore
1:44they aint have to do that man like that😂😂😂
No cap😂😂😂
That’s why Watson called in sick, he was scared of queen
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
It look like jacked up old clips 😂😂😂😂
I love these so much. Thank you for your dedication.
Offensive player lowers his head its fighting for extra yards, if a defensive player lowers his head its a penalty. If the NFL actually cared about players they outlaw both but they really only want more offense.
Witherspoon goes out looking for conflict😂😂
9:32 you can’t tell me McCaffrey doesn’t lower his head to initiate contact with the crown of his helmet. Why is offensive unnecessary roughness not called more often on these plays?
Because they aren’t soy boys
3:51 I think some of these defenseless receiver calls are getting out of hand or leading with helmet when it's the shoulder. Can't help when the receiver ducks down into the hit like a dodo, 4:36 same thing trying to go low dodo ducks down. These calls are getting ridiculous
Yeah, that one at the 3:51 mark was garbage. It was shoulder to shoulder, then incidental contact with the helmet.
@@gtaber4 Even if it's defenseless receiver, how are you supposed to defend that? How is he supposed to make that tackle?
I love how all of these are like super aggressive and then you have Terrell Edmonds who basically just ran into a guy by accident and just decked himself and the opposing player 😂
And got called for unnecessary roughness anyways because the refs had money on the Commies.
Thanks for your job! To make hits compilation! Every week waiting
Here pretty soon to tackle you're going to have to jump and turn horizontal mid air and try to wrap like a belt
They need to get rid of unnecessary roughness when the player with the ball lowers the shoulder and goes headfirst. At what point is it the players job to protect themselves… no wonder defenses are so bad now. Penalties are ruining defense.
fr
The juxtaposition of the first two tackles shows why defenders should always hit players who are running towards the sideline.
It will prevent players from pretending to step out just to cut back inside. Mahomes is notorious for gaining an extra 2-3 yards by pulling that off.
The thing is though Herbert was blatantly out of bounds during that first hit. That wasn't him trying to make a tackle, he just took a cheap shot.
Any solid tackle gets a flag thrown. Can we stop pretending that football isn’t a violent sport…it’s impossible to watch now.
Watch flag football there are almost no penalties
Most of the "solid tackles" deserved the flags.. 3:41 and 4:14 are both 100% leading with the helmet.. if they tackled properly, by wrapping their arms around them, instead of using their head, it wouldn't get flagged.. 7:58 is a textbook example of a perfect tackle.
@@RavensFan634 I just watch mma and boxing now. It’s violent and everyone understands the consequences
😂 Adams going out after trying to take out the QB’s knee is perfect
You see most of them penalties was because of helmet to helmet shots right??? Defenders been said they gonna start aiming lower if the rules keep getting worse
@@frostywarrior4649 Going lower doesn't matter, if he's just going to tackle with his head, anyway.. they need to learn *_how_* to tackle, not change where they tackle.. Every time, they're always leading with their helmet.
@@hhasteIt's hard when the guy with the ball is allowed to lower his head however low he wants and then defender has to make the hit and avoid helmet contact.
@@KWengSportOffensive players aren’t allowed to use the crown of the helmet either
@@MrBigShot110 defense has to react to offense not vise versa
You are kidding me with that Colts hit. Wow
Yea that was a clean hit, it was a regular football play
A edit with "Falcon Punch" by Captain ant would go crazy around 2:26
These refs are getting out of hand
Seriously 😅
I LOVE THE VIDS PLS MAKE MORE THX FOR THE VID
Love my boi Herbert man just got up and went about the game
@3:36 defenseless receiver when he braces and sees the hit coming 😂
You wanna stop these helmet to helmet contacts? Penalize the offense for lowering their head. Problem solved
So offensive players ducks his head to make contact is acceptable. A defensive player does it and it’s 15 yards 🙄🙄🙄
A lot of these hits wouldn't have been penalties if shoulderpads were bigger, they're too small now, of course the helmet's going to make contact
They’re more compact for mobility and the padding is a lot better than the older ones.
The game is all about speed now, so the pads have gotten smaller and more compact. Imo it's also a contributing factor to the increased injury rates in the modern game.
@@shadowsniper9542sort of agree. I had to play with huge dinner plate pads and I couldn't get my hands over my head. Of course I could shoulder check just about anyone. Take the good with the bad I guess
nobody want that old school bullshit, this new swag way better, who wanna wear them big goofy ass shoulder pads😂😂
@@bloodomen2794 It's dumb takes like this that causes players getting season ending injuries left and right
90% of the helmet to helmet calls are bullshit. if im a defender and i lower my head and body to tackle and a running back or receiver lowers their head thats not on the defender. in baseball the strike zone doesnt change because someone ducks in the batters box.
Why is just any hard hit on the QB a penalty now? So sick of these refs ruining the games with this $hit. The quarter back has pads and a helmet like everyone else he shouldn't get special treatment especially if he decides to run the ball.
I like the chargers sideline aggressive reaction 😂😂made it real difficult 4 him to get up out there after that bs
no one talking about how herbert literally made maxx crosby break his ankles
This is why so many people stopped watching the nfl
Welcome to the NFL DTR 😈😈😈😈
0:50 Boo know you get kicked out because you tackled a player?
Colts cheerleader at 12.31 looking hotter than the sun
I feel bad for Jamal Adams but at the same time if he keeps trying to tackle with his head down like that he might end up like Ryan Shazier sadly
The shoulder pads are way too small these days to avoid head to head contact. Offensive players lowering their head is completely ignored by refs. Unfortunately tackling in the NFL isn’t tackling, it’s trying to get a big hit. Defensive players with arms in tight, lowering shoulders to knock other players out
That's what saying helmet to helmet is called when its intentional this is just hits that end up hitting helmets due to small shoulder pads
Bro when Moore got penalized and the announcers saying what’s his face was a ‘defenseless receiver’, he literally ducked his head into the hit after he caught the ball like wtf
How defenders get hit with SO many targeting calls n yet running backs n shit can lower their heads n lead with helmet all they want is stupid to me. N I’m not saying running backs shouldn’t, more so saying that the league needs to b less soft n let a few of these targeting calls go. A lot of them I’ve seen called were perfectly fine hits anyway, the offense is too protected for defenses to do what they do best n defend
Lol crosby throwing up the arms like come on man
why did 90 get chucked from the Raiders game? It was a late hit, and certainly a penalty, possibly a fine. Ejected though? Too far.
Possible targeting. It's called a lot in college football due to the heavy rivalries.
Because the NFL has been nothing but refball for years now. No question it was a cheap shot and a personal foul, but he was only a single step out of bounds. People have wildly exaggerated how late the hit was.
Still amazes me - umpires and refs are not properly schooled, nor on rotation…a shame really 🇨🇦
The hit on the Rams receiver by the Colts player, is what makes me hate the NFL. The defender has a job that he’s not being allowed to do, to fully help his team. The hit was very reasonable (shoulder to chest). Don’t want to take the hit, pull up. Why is it, the offensive player can fully help his team, but the defensive player can’t?
I felt so bad watching Thompson in Cleveland. The team has a pretty bad O-Line that only works with Watson because he's ONLY used to running for his life since he left Houston (where he ran for is life.....from horrible lawsuits lmao).
Ah yes he’s got a bad o line, with fucking Jedrick Wills, Wyatt Teller, Jack Conklin, & Joel fucking Bitonio. Don’t know what o line you see.
Those handy weren't so dandy after all
@@realname4898 Truuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuue
Cleveland has the best o line in the afc, when their healthy.
Witherspoons gonna tear up this league man i swear, i haven't seen a rookie with hia gusto in a while
rip new york giants
Yep
Adam on d. Jones. Had that concussion in 8th. Fucked me up.
One week of games and we have a 13 minute compilation of big hits, with quite a few injuries too. Am I the only one troubled by that?
A star player got a season ending injury each of the first 3 weeks of the season. It’s bad
@@CornholioPuppetMaster I'm a pretty casual football fan but just noticing the length of the video really disturbed me. It's a contact sport, injuries are inevitable, but god damn I don't like seeing people lose years off their lives for entertainment.
I would argue most of the hits aren’t brutal enough to warrant being in a highlight reel. You could probably take off 50 percent of the footage and make it around 7 minutes.
That lateral would’ve been insane😭😭😭
Where is the NFL Hilarious Moments of the week? I need to laugh
Jamal Adams is insane!
As an mma fan, That browns montage was fucking crazy holy shit. Didn’t see the game. May be because this channel is one of my main sources for football. Big ups pimp
First one was actually justified though. I get if it's close on the sideline because you don't know if the QB is gunna fake running out of bounds, but that was super late lol
Herbert was clearly out of bounds, clearly a cheap shot
I'd be interested in more padless football leagues. Way less leading with the head in the tackles I've seen in those games so far.
These calls on defenseless players are ridiculous. It's one thing if it's intentional, but if the runner goes low, it should not be foul. The NFL is going the way of the Pro Bowl.
Joey Burrows didn’t fumble that ball. His arm and the ball both went foreword. It was not a lateral. And it was not popped out. If anything he affected his arm yea but still went forward and intentionally released. That was not a fumble. NFL got zero consistency
aight, this video is called "brutal hits" i feel like the long ass portion where its just Daniel Jones being gently laid on the ground is personal...
i can tell we are in a different era, back in the 90s and early 2000s most of these hits was regular hits
Yeah when football was actually football. might as well take off pads and give them flag belts
1:50 I think it's more $50m guaranteed that decided that Watson didn't need to play that day.
Is DTR the new Olave?🤔
you should best one handed plays
What is 3:56 supposed to do? He went shoulder first and the receiver put his head low. “Defensive receiver” is such a stupid call 80% of the time.
Honestly I’ve been saying that Bryce Young would be less prone to injury than people thought, but after watching that one hit on him I thought he was done for good lmao. That shit looked like it hurt. I was surprised he even got back up and kept playibg
these unnecessary roughness calls are absolutely horrible
3:50 this defenseless reciever shit is ridiculous its a hit on a wr who cant protect himself. The wr had time to protect the ball with both hands and lower his head an entire foot.... hows that a hit on a defenseless reciever.....
It feels like that first one gave Bengals fans PTSD from the game ender with the Chiefs last season 😆
6:05
Why was this hit celebrated?! Witherspoon's lucky he didn't get carted off after lowering his head like that. He better clean up his technique or else his rookie season will also be his last.
some of these flags... How do you even play football like this? I understand defenseless receiver rules, but we're being a bit tacky now. Are they supposed to just let them gain extra yards before touching them? Half the time they try to get low, and the receiver meets them down there, and then they throw the flag.
The defenseless player rule is nearly as ridiculous as roughing the passer, or roughing the kicker.
Grow a pair Goodell, let ‘em play.
THIS
First clip great that they threw him out, theres no place for that on a football field honestly.
Shows you how soft the league and society has become that there is a flag on most of these plays... what a joke. Cant even try to break up a pass anymore or god forbid touch the qb...
is jordan love trying to get aaron jones injured or something?
i love how both tackles false started at 9:12 but the refs dont call that bc its the chiefs
note to self, don’t fuck with justin herbert or else you’re getting rocked
Except for the first hit, all the penalties were absolute garbage. Defenders are lowering themselves to hit the midsection, but the ball carrier ducks into it. And most of them weren’t even forcible contact to the head area!
The Colts defender's hit on Puka was BS? 3:41 He literally leans his helmet in to his.. he's not tackling properly.. All he had to do was reach his right arm around him and actually tackle him, not just lean his shoulder and helmet in to him. That's only going to hurt himself more than a proper tackle would.. potentially giving himself a concussion.. EDIT: Same with the very next play, lmao.. why are these goons tackling with their helmet? 100% the right call.. open your arms and tackle, not dive head first.. 4:14 Now 7:58 is a perfect tackle.. that's how it's done.
@@hhastewhy are the offensive players allowed to use their head? How as a defender can you predict where a player will lower their point of contact to? You come up to the player, drop at the hips, lower a shoulder only to have the ball carrier dip and move what would have been a hit to the hips to a hit to the head. If you can’t use your helmet, you can’t use your helmet. Start penalizing ball carriers that lead with their helmet or penalize nobody.
1:41 holy shit bro was getting mauled
it aint easy
#1 reason I quit watching as much football
3:30 he took that hit like a man
For a second I thought this was the Seahawks vs giants highlights
can we talk about how many hits kirk cousins takes
love that you see crosby just go wtf man
Really annoying watching all these flags for unnecessary roughness, too soft now!
how long before the NFL goes to 2 hand touch?
Whenever I do something I’m supposed to do at work, I dance around like and idiot with my friends. Anyone else?
Burrow getting clothes lined this week better be on here.
Edit: I was not disappointed.
Are couches teaching their players to duck into the hits so they get free penalties now? 😂😂
Bengals fans will say the hit on Herbert was clean
Second straight week Dolphins game isn’t included in the highlights.
Are the Vikings the new Saints?
At this point just play flag football with all these PF's for tackles.....in tackle football.
They need TMO in the NFL
6:20 gonna have a short career with hits like that
1:11 it takes two to tango
All of these penalties are awful. If both receiver/back/QB and tackler pop back up immediately DONT THROW THE FUCKING FLAG EVERYONE IS FINE
All of these hits are clean. The rules the nfl have are so dumb
Sad that the giants have 8 clips on this video alone 😢
I just know some of these guys be dizzy and try to play it off. Ain’t no way.
Baltimore players has always been known to take peoples heads off. They are just an extremely aggressive team defensively. They have just always been that way.
Couldn’t finish watching. Ridiculous how many of those were clean hits that were flagged even when primary poc was shoulder to chest..
